I love Kevin. He may be slow but he makes sure your nails are perfect! Tracy is very rude! I let her do my nails ONE time. She tries to rush and if u barely move an inch she'll yell at you. I had to put her in her place. I don't like the way they speak there language and make it so offest that they are talking smack about you! The other short guy does pretty good. Too. Use to love this place but after being gone for a few months come back to Tracy and she rushes through my nails & pedicure doing a horrible job. Blames me for her being behind and wanting my nails fixed. Her mom fixed them and still horrible. I ended up having to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Davi Nails lost my business today. I've always came here to get my nails done Somewhat regularly. I recently had a baby (September) so not so much here lately since but was getting back in my routine. I like the deep powder and have never had any complaints. The same guy normally does them. When I get there he looks at my nails all strange and then talks to the lady next to him. He says you wait to long? I said yes I'm sorry sometimes it's hard with small kids to get away! Then he says some more stuff to the lady next to him. Then she says: you wait to long....why..... if I don't come in two weeks then they don't make money and some other stuff I can't remember and I once again explain that I have 2 small kids and it's hard but I come when I can and it's not that long and in reality they were not that bad. So while he is doing my nails he keeps checking his phone over and over and over.....kinda not paying attention to me. And by the end my nail results are HORRIBLE!!!!! I've never had this kind of experience ever! It was like he was punishing me for waiting. I feel like he did a horrible job just because I guess he felt I was a waste of time since I waited 3 weeks instead of 2. Shame on you! That is my lil get away for myself away from my kids that I do for myself and now I'm walking around with a remembrance of my horrible nails! They are missed shaped half of my nail isn't covered I had hard crusty stuff all around my nails, they are uneven and when looking at my nails from a distance they look like glops of paint on my nails. I have such a problem finding a good salon, so trust me when I say this place is great. Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. For the price, you can't ask for a better nail salon. I always make an appointment and they're always late. It's usually just 10-15 minutes but a couple a days ago, after calling and making an appointment, I waited over 30 minutes and ended up leaving. One time, ONE TIME, I was literally 2 minutes late and the guy said something 5 times about "waiting" on me. Plus, they're always pushing to up sell. I have seen them talk unsuspecting elderly ladies into services and products they didn't want. And then when they go to pay they'er shocked! It's sad. Tracy is a rude witch, Kevin is slow, Katey is decent. DECENT...not good, not great, just decent. They have lost this customer.
