This is the second time I've gotten my nails done at this salon and a nail broke the next day there is no reason why my nails should break a day after getting them done the guy who did my nails did a half ass job and on one of my nails the paint is already cracking I called to see if they'd be able to fix it and he said I'd have to pay smh worst nail service I've experienced. If I have written it once, I have written it in EVERY nail review. I am VERY picky about my nails. I pay money for acrylic, I tip well and I expect my nails to look great! I hit up Regal Nails without an appointment and was taken care of by Pam. She was very sweet and did what I asked. The work area was clean and the technicians seemed to adhere to proper sanitation/hygienic techniques and protocol. The prices were mediocre particularly to be a franchise within WM. BUT...since I was happy w/ the end result, I was okay with the price. I can't give the "salon" more than three stars after just one visit. However, I would return and ask for Pam. Read Less
