They do nails well for the most part, but most of the time they rush and will talk about you in their language if you have a question or ask for something to be improved. The older man who usually asks what services you need is nice sometimes, but has a really smart and sarcastic manner of speaking to customers. Tracy is funny, but she will talk about you too, lol. (She is the only one you’ll want to do your eyebrows.) The minimum charge for cards is now $10. (I say “now” because previously it was not like that). Overall, other employees just do what they are told. Michael’s down the street from this place has nicer people who will do quality work! Go there at least once and form your own opinion. Walked in on a Sunday, to get a brow wax, they had 2 customers inside getting their nails done. Started to sit and wait, the owners rudely said "were not open today these are appointments from yesterday" then lock the door!!! So rude! I'm surprised at the few very negative reviews. I've been going there regularly for several years and have been very satisfied every time. I've had my pedicures and solar nails done by several people, and they've all done a good job. You few must've gone on a really bad day or you're tough to please. Read Less

This place is the worse nail salon I have ever been to. The service was terrible and rude, very pushy. The man who did my nails painted on my skin around my nails and didn't bother to take it off, it looks very sloppy, the prices were very high for such a terrible paint job and I was told I'd be given a discount but they had not included it in my total price. I left two hours ago and the gel nail polish has already came off of two fingers and I have not done any hard hands on work in those past two hours. I am giving 0 stars. I waited a few days to post this because I thought I would be less irritated. Nope, still just as unhappy and disappointed. My two daughters and I went to Pretty Nails to have our nails done for my sister's wedding. After being there for well over two hours and my daughters nails having to be fixed twice by a second person after the lady doing them couldn't get them right, I was beyond unhappy. My nails looked like a bad practice day at beauty school and my older daughters lo...oked even worse. My younger daughter's looked ok but at the expense of tender and bruised fingers by the time they were done. If I could give negative stars I would. This was pathetic quality. The people were friendly. Probably because they were laughing with each other that they were actually taking my money for the poor work they were doing. Never again. We were stationed here in 2008/2009 and I loved them! Came back in 2013 and was soooo happy they were still open :) I will NOT ever go anywhere else!!!! They always do a great job on my eyebrows and nails. They take great care of us no matter what! Read Less

Four of us went there on Family Day from Ft. Sill and we were VERY disappointed. When I'm out of town I turn to Yelp for suggestions. This time it didn't work. We all got pedicures and they were fine but when I got a "fill in" of my nails, it was terrible. Two different colors of pink on two of my nails.  My advise, don't go there. Read Less

I have been to other nail salon and was never happy about their service.since I 've been going to pretty nails I was a happy customer.Tracy does my nails and pedicure and she does a very good job and i'm out of there within an hour.,I had no complaints.I love the way they do my nails and pedicure,wax and etc.I would refer my friends and family to pretty nails.Also their prices are pretty decent compare to other nail salons.Keep up the great Job.One .Happy and Satified customer. Firstly the customer service is lacking. I sat there for over an hour before a word was even uttered to me. Secondly this is not the nail salon i used but I was taken there to do by nails for my birthday so I would not say no to free, however I would have done a much better job just buying myself some nail polish and doing my nails myself. Not only was my skin filed and a week later I am still bruised but after wasting 1 1/3 hours of my life (waiting and getting my nails done) when I took a shower that night the nail polish started cracking and looking a mess.The other nail salon I use the nail polish doesn't start chipping until about 3 weeks in and I wash dishes and shower regularly. Medicore to say the most about this place. I got an anything but luxurious pedicure from a gentleman who finished before the lady next to me ( who started BEFORE me) was done massaging! Massage was weak, filing was hard and he filed so hard it caused pain. Polish is old, diluted big time, low quality polish. Certainly not worth the $25 I paid for the service. I won't be returning. We went to this salon for pedicures for family day at Fort Sill.  It was myself, my daughter, her aunt and my daughter even convinced her husband to give it a try.  We ended up all getting the higher priced pedicure with hot stone massage.  We had a really nice experience.  The pedicure area is seperate from the manicure area.  I liked that idea, as it made the place seem a little more intimate.The prices were average for anywhere I've been.  Most nail spas are about the same price across the country from my experience.  The staff was very friendly and did a very good job.  Even with four people walking in at once, we didn't have to wait long.  They started with the son in law (before he chickened out) lol  Soon, other nail techs were available and we were all sitting in the pedicure row, getting our nails done.   It turned into quite a party atmosphere with lots of joking and laughing.  The staff  had a great sense of humor.  Since we were celebrating my daughter's BCT graduation (and our bill was going to be large) they threw in complimentary hot wax treatments for everyone.  They used baggies with hot wax in it, instead of the large wax vat, which I thought was a great idea for sanitary reasons.    They also gave us the nicest 'temporary flip flops" I had ever received from a salon.  They weren't the styrofoam junk that some places tape to your feet.  They were hard soled flip flops I still have and can still wear.They also had some pedicure chairs for little kids!  small chairs with soaking tubs and what looked like TVs or laptop computers of some sort attached.  Although we didn't have any kids with us, I thought I would mention it, in case it helps some one else.  The son-in-law, who was dead set against a pedicure when we arrived, (as men just don't do that kind of thing) ended up loving the results of his pedicure.  No polish, just  a clean up and massage.  Even two weeks later he mentioned how nice it was.  I think we have a convert ladies!! lolI would go to this place again if I were to find myself in Lawton.  I would also recommend this to folks looking for a good quality pedicure in a friendly place.  It is next to Buffalo Wild Wings in a strip mall.The only suggestion I would have would be to get a larger nail polish collection.  It was kind of a limited selection. I recently moved to Lawton a few months ago, this is the 3rd place I've tried in town so far. At this point, it's been the best of the 3, but I will probably continue my search.This is your typical, average, nothing fancy about it, nail salon. The prices were good, $33 for a mani/pedi, however, you get what you pay for. The selection of colors was somewhat limited, and limited only to China Glaze colors. The pedicure was ok, nothing special, about what you could expect for the price. I would go back for a pedicure again if I had to. I am a little disappointed that now, the next day, the polish is dull and has no shine and the color is already rubbing off. The manicure. Well, it was rubbish. My nails, which already had a nice rounded shape (as I just had the best manicure of my life 3 weeks ago in Oklahoma City) were cut and squared despite my asking them not to do so. Oh well, no huge deal, they're just nails and they grow back. What I was really unhappy about was that an hour after sitting with my newly painted nails under the fans, there were bubbles in the polish and they were STILL WET. I paid, went home, and repainted my finger nails myself which I should have just done in the first place. Read Less
