The first time I went in was last year and I had such a good experience. Kim took care of my facial and it was great. Very relaxing and she seemed to actually know what she was doing. This most recent visit, however, was not nearly as pleasant. I was visiting a friend and told her about the awesome time I had the last time I came so we decided to go together again. We specifically asked for Kim when we originally called but when we went in another lady took care of us. I wan...ted a facial and a Brazilian wax. We started with the facial and I felt like it was very rushed and that the lady was very rough on my skin. We got those done on Sunday and I still have patches on my face today (Thursday) that are still as red as the day I went in. I also paid for the 60 minute facial and I was only in there for like 45 minutes. I just thought that over all the lady did not know what she was doing. I do not even know if she is certified as the last time that I went in Kim had said she was the only one that was certified. But that was a year ago so things could have changed. Next up was my Brazilian wax. Again the lady did not seem to know what she was doing. she was very rough and she left marks on my skin from not knowing how to properly pull off the wax. I have had a Brazilian done before so I know what to expect and she just did not seem to know what she was doing. I had my friend in there with me and she had her help her the whole time. So I can just imagine what what it would've been like had my friend not been there. When I went to pay, she told me it was 120 which I thought was quite a bit since I was told originally that my Brazilian would be 45 and my facial would be 65. I had $100 bill and two $20 that I handed her, expecting my change so I could tip. But she took the whole thing and said thank you and put it in the cash register. Got a shellac manicure. Paid $30 for the worst job. Looks like a kid painted my nails. They asked if I wanted a manicure so I said sure. Then the guy asked if I wanted lotion when he went to massage my arms and hands. His idea of massaging was to just rub the lotion on my arm once and be done. Waste of money. Could not be more iterated that I went there. I will not go back to this place again. They should pick employees a little better then what they do. Read Less

I usually have Rose do my nails but this time I went in she was busy, so this guy I’d never seen before did my pedicure and manicure with gel polish. He did a great job on my toes but when he was massaging my legs he was moaning like he was getting off on it. It was quite disgusting. When it came to my nails bevdid a great job on the manicure but the polish job was not so great. I wanted colored tips with clear gel. He ended up bleeding the color into the rest of the nails. Came here honestly, because it was cold out and I didn't want to walk into the nail place at the mall, so gave this a try. Not impressed. Got my nails done Tuesday night, it's Sunday and my no chip is chipping. There are little bumps throughout my nails so the polish looks awful. I have been coming here for a year. It took me a couple of tries to figure out who I like doing my nails and it had been going pretty good. However, yesterday I went in and there was a 30-minute wait which is not unusual, but I did not have the time to wait so I requested an appointment for today at 2:30 and it was put on the books. I show up for my appointment a few minutes early and I still was not seen until almost an hour later! When the manager came in she did not offer to make it right even though she had been called at 2:30 saying I was there for my appointment and when she came in she was working at the station next to me. I think it only professional to try to make it right to a long-term client when a mistake like this is made. What's the point of making appointments if they are not kept? My nails and pedicure turned out great, but the tech doing it was kind of an asshole. He was polite while doing my pedicure, but when it came to my nails he seemed like he was in a rush and wasn't talkative and when he was he was short and rude. I had my nails done, and they are great. The same guy did my pedi which was amazing. I didn't pay much attention to the paint on my toes because he did such a great job on my nails. I have rough, uneven patches all on my nails. I will have to take off and repaint my toes. Very disappointed. I didn't realize it was so bad until I got home. Read Less

Every time I have been has been wonderful! I've never had acrylics done here but I've had shellac and them dipped in the powder and I've always been satisfied. Pedicures are amazing with many options to pick from and prices clearly marked! The pedicure chairs are wonderful and they have a mermaid one for kids! It is well worth my 15 minute drive!! Went today for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax and was not impressed at all. I got white tips on my toes and the paint and my toe nails are jagged and uneven. She clipped my toe nails and didn't file them to make them smooth and even. My eyebrows look like they were waxed because they're red but with no hair removed. I had to go home and tweeze the hair because they look terrible and still do. So so so disappointed. The people were nice and the place was clean but the quality of work was horrible. Read Less

I've waited 40 mins already and continue to wait. two old ladies came in (1 for pedicure and 1 for new set) after me and were helped before me. ridiculous!!a lady came back from getting her kid from school and helped me. she explained why the other two went before me. one had an apt and the other was just waiting in the back. Prices were reasonable but the pedicure was mediocre. I though it was going okay but then the girl says some other person was going to finish my pedicure. When the guy applied the polish you could see all the areas that she had not filed or cleaned correctly. The polish was raised in areas. I pointed it out to the guy and he removed the polish and fixed the cuticle area. Worst pedicure of my life! Got the summer spa treatment and the one on my right foot burned like hot pavement at the bottom of my foot. Then they put the hot towels and one left a red ring around my ankle where the steam burned....so you can't say it's supposed to be that hot if it was only one side that was incredibly uncomfortable. My toe nails were cut crooked. I asked them to remove shellac from my fingernails and they charged me ten dollars just for that. Lastly they put my shoes next to me while my toes were drying and they had water all on them. I told someone and they gave me paper towels to clean them myself. I wasn't the one to wet them. I've been to this nail salon approximately four times since its opening in November however I realized that there is only one person in there that can do shellac manicures (Don), based on this simple fact, they lost a star. One of the females actually tried telling me that I have to get a manicure every time in order for my polish to stay on my nails. I've been a fan of gel/shellac since I was a teen and I know better. Due to this hustler mentality, this shop lost a second star. The shop is clean, the wait is fairly quick, less than two minutes and the range of polish colors is quite impressive. I'm not sure if I will go back but the lack of good nail shops in this city is down to two. Read Less
