Ummmmmm never going here again. They can't do nails. I asked for a refund and she walked out my face. Disrespectful employees. One of the ladies said to come back the next day so i could get them fixed. I came back. Waited.. and the guy there gave me my money back and told me to take my business somewhere else. So i went to this nail salon for the first time and heard such great things about it and I wanted Dip which a lot of nail places in Lawton don’t have yet. While I was there I got the Dip and a Manicure. The Manicure was the worst one I’ve ever had. She put my hands in a cold bowl of water that she got from the pedicure tub took them out quickly and did an awful job at trimming my cuticles. That’s all she did for $12. She then did not give me the shape that I asked for, for my nails. Also when she was filing my nails she nicked me on two of my fingers and they both bled a little bit. I got nail extension along with the Dip. They told me it was going to be $38 and when I checked my card I was charged $45 and I tipped the girl $5 so in total I wasted $50 and was not impressed with what I got for the money I spent. I like the staff here. They are patient but sometimes the wait is too long. It's better if you make an appointment. The first time I went there I had a real bad nail fungus from another place here in town and they got rid of it. I always get exactly what I want. Read Less

I started going to this place early 2016. I went to Cathy with a nail disaster done by some other salon in town she she fixed them better than I had ever had my nails done before! :) I get my brows, toes and nails done here all the time.. and every time I walk in, they know exactly who I am and they are SO good to me. I walked in for a fill. My nails were already perfect, all I needed was a fill, not even a cut back. Unfortunately the end result was uneven nails and too much of a language barrier to get the problem completely fixed. I ended going to Fashion Nails & Spa to get them adjusted. Read Less

I have been visiting Cathy's Nails on a regular basis for many years. They are always friendly and very attentive. They always remember me and take special care to make sure I am pampered. My daughter enjoys going there as well and if I come in without her, they always ask where she is. I enjoy the location as it is across from the mall and close enough to my office so that I can stop in on my lunch hour or after work for a quick wax or manicure. They will always get my business and if I do have to go somewhere else due to convenience or whatever the reason, I always go back to Cathy's. The downtown location brings in some riff-raff off the street, but Lawton in general has this problem..I so hate seeing negative reviews on this little establishment. They are great people and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Read Less

When I went in to get my nails done I showed the nail tech a picture of how I wanted my nails, he said, yes we can do that! Before he started I asked him if the color I chose will be okay with the color I have underneath, making sure it wasn't going to show through, he said it will be ok. When he got done with my nails they looked HORRIBLE! you could see the color underneath and it was nothing like the picture that he said he could do. When I told him that I didn't like them and that you could see the color underneath and they don't look anything like the picture I showed him, he said, well that's how it turned out. In shock, I said well I'm not happy with them. He RUDELY then said, you want to redo them? I said, either redo or take them completely off. He then stormed off, grabbed some solution in a bowl, told me to stick my nails in it and then left me sitting with my hands in the solution for a good hour while he did someone else's nails. Used to go to another place... almost 13 years of steady nail/pedicure/eyebrow/ proms, weddings... always loyal. Didn't take but once or twice to see my $$$ and loyalty meant nothing ... Cathy Nail-Spa opened, and I've been going there ever since. LOVE the staff!!!! Read Less
