Awesome salon! If I had the money I would go here every day.. They do hair, makeup, manicures, pedicures, massages, and waxes. Spent so much for poor quality mani and pedi. The Skin around my nails got separated with the root off my nails (very painful) - I get my nails done all the time and I never had issues like this. The lady filed the shellac off my friend's nails n didn't even get them all off so when she put clear polish on, it looked horrible with my previous nail polish still visible. The ladies were sharing apparatus during our (friend and I)pedi -- very unsanitary! Not to mention, my nails... are all different shapes: square, almonds, round... I even told her how I like them done smh. Then there weren't a lot color to choose, ofcourse we both wanted shellac because that's all we use, but the lady didn't know how smh. I can go on and on and on... but I think I already got my point across. If you are used to high quality mani and pedi (from the chair being comfortable, pedi options to the specific nail polish and details you want) then this is not for you! I initially really loved this place. My first experience getting a wax here was wonderful!!! The lady who did my wax was friendly, talkative, and professional. My second experience was great as well, went in for a cut and the lady who did my cut did an amazing job. Best haircut I've ever had. Sadly from there it was all down hill. While I was there getting a cut I scheduled another wax before a trip out of the country. It was scheduled for a Monday at 1015-1030 something like that. I showed up 15 minutes early and no one was there. The sign on the door said they opened at 10. I waited and waited and waited. I called 4-5 times while waiting and got no answer. I ended up waiting until almost 1130 before giving up and going elsewhere. The worst part of it all is that when I called I left a message letting them know I had an appointment and no one showed. I said in the message I was willing to reschedule if they'd just call me back as I was needing to get waxed before my trip. This was back in august. I'm still waiting on my call to be returned. Needless to say, unless someone decides to return their messages, I won't be back. I got my hair and makeup done for my wedding, this staff does terrible hair and makeup! My hair fell and my makeup did not match and my eyelashes fell out! I ended up redoing everything myself! To make things worse when I went for a refund I was treated worse..I guess the customer isn't always right at some places, this place sucks!!! Read Less

I had a bikini wax here, and was upset about the hygiene of this spa. During the entire process, the waxer only used one wooden stick and kept dipping it back into the same large pot of wax that is used for all of the spa's customers. Gross! How much of other people's bacteria was being spread onto my skin? This is also quite dangerous since bacteria from dirty wax can cause skin infections. I'm very picky when it comes to doing anything with my hair but I decided to color my hair auburn to cover gray hair that was beginning to show. Mandi took the time to show me different shades of auburn until we decided on the best one for my fair complexion. I love my hair! I've gotten many compliments on how natural my hair looks. She also listens to how I want my hair to look and cuts it in the style in which I've described. I trust Mandi ONLY to wax my eyebrows. I had gone to another salon that left me with half an eyebrow. desperately needed a trim and ended up choosing this place based on reviews. maybe it was because i was there on a saturday, but i had the most horrible service i've ever had at a salon, and i've gotten hair cuts at walmart. i was at my appt 10 min early. i wasn't seen till 20 min later, which has never happened to me. then as she's working on me, she was highlighting another girls hair and doing eyebrow waxes at the same time. i was literally there almost 2 hours JUST FOR A HAIRCUT! needless to say, i was not happy. i felt bad for the lady, she was obviously swamped. but i should not have been booked the same time as other people. when you go to a salon, you go to get pampered. it's about you. not waiting on other people. sorry. :( Read Less

So I needed a microdermabrasion in a big way. The place that I usually gets my facials was booked until May. So anyway we found this fairly new salon and decided to give it a try. I was a little hesitant when I came through the door because no one greeted me and I was ignored for a good 5 minutes. The girl who helped me actually did a great job and was very professional. She told me what it was that I needed for my face and was very helpful. I think I really liked her because she seemed sincere versus the fake chicks that I see around here often. Job well done!
