I was very pleased, they stayed an hour past closing to do my nails. I got there around 7:30, they were packed and due to close in 30 minutes, I asked if they could get me in and without hesitation I was seated and waited about 15 minutes and I love my nails. When I got there they asked what I needed them they had me sit in a chair. I went in and sat in a chair waiting for about 45 minuets to get my nails done. They put two people in front of me who did not have appointments. I’m usually not one to complain or write reviews but I do not think that their customer service is up to par. This is a family owned and operated business. They are extremely friendly and very clean. Chou is the guy that i usually go to. He is very professional and does the best job I've ever had. I will go to him forever. He is amazing. I can not say enough good about him and the business. Very amazingly highly (insert every positive adjective) recommended. I USED to really enjoy this place. There are a few things that are annoying, but the quality of the work was good so I overlooked it but sadly the woman who did my nails has parted ways with this salon. The bad: There is one guy (maybe the owner?) who talks sooo loud to people coming and tries to joke with customers but it just ends up being too much and that takes away from the relaxation. Also, on multiple occasions I have walked in and been told I would be helped in 15 minutes and placed to soak in a pedi chair and then not attended to for an hour. Just tell me an accurate timetable please! There are a couple broken pedi chairs too. I did notice a few times when heavier women came in, they seated them at these broken chairs first FYI. The woman who did my nails, Louanne was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle enough that my natural nails didn't look like garbage if the acrylics were taken off. She was precise and meticulous. I also enjoyed that the pedicure chairs had the seat/thigh massagers. Louanne does not work there anymore and when I went in and found this out, they were not helpful at all in getting me in touch with her. I'm so disappointed that they would be so petty as to not help me out when I have referred multiple people to their salon and given them hundreds of dollars (probably more into the thousands at this point) of business. Everyone here is so nice and inviting! The experience is awesome and they always seem to brighten up my day and seem genuinely interested in you as a customer. I wish I could say the same things about the quality of work. I've never been 100% happy with the end product, the gel is glopped on and the nail shaping is rushed and uneven. They're so nice though that I can never bring myself to complain. My own fault I suppose. I love the people, I just wish I loved my nails after leaving. Read Less

I have been going to Vogue since they opened three years ago. I can't say enough about how much they care that you are satisfied with the service they provide. I have had shellac manicures, pedicures, now the new dipping powders and they have all been great. Nicole and Crystal are precious. If I ever have a problem I know they will correct it - but I never have.  Plus all their nail techs have been there a very long time so it's nice seeing all the familiar faces. If you want a customer friendly place, with very attentive staff, special emmenities and great mani's and pedi's, I would highly recommend Vogue Nails and Day Spa!  I think all the staff is lovely, welcoming and professional but I have to mention my favorites:  Wi and Mimi.  Always happy to see Nicole and Crystal as they are equally attentive.  In addition to great nail service, I always appreciate the extra neck rub at the end of all services.  They all go above and beyond. I went this shop few days ago. I really love this place. I like the way Crystal and Nicole took care of my ped- mani & browns waxing (threading). They are very friendly. Stopped by while I was in town for some NexGen nails. Crystal was my tech and she was awesome. She suggested a light NexGen dip and then a Shellack top coat since there were so many more colors available. I really like the feel of the top coat. (I went with the french white dip and a pearly white top coat) She really cared about the little details that most techs just gloss over.
