When I had been here in the past they had done a great job, but when I went in today for an eyebrow wax they said no, I would have to come back bc the women nails didn't have time. Right after that three women walked in and wanted manicures and said they'd be right with them. Terrible service I won't be back.

Initially this was a pretty good place. After a few visits my opinion changed. Plan spending at least 2 hours for 1 service. Last time I was in they had employees sitting in chairs watching tv, I guess they don't do nails, or aren't licensed. Every single time the phone rang or a customer came in to Get a gift certificate, the techs would drop what they were doing with the existing customer and go help someone else. Why not have all these employees watching tv get the phone? Today, I went in for a simple shellac manicure, this should take 20 maybe 30 minutes I was adamant I need to be done by a certain time to pick up children. An hour and half later, I told them just to stop, the service was not complete but I had to leave. They charged me the full 25. Hmm, I spent 11/2 hours with you and you still were not able to complete the svc. Yet I am still paying full price? Communication also seems to be an issue, the consumer to my left said I don't know how many times I am not doing pink and white again, I brought my own polish to use. However her tech just wasn't getting it as he was saying yes and nodding his head "you want pink and white again" next appt is at an actual salon with an appt time and a person that will understand they are being paid for a service.

This place is the bomb I started going here to find a salon for my reception. I've been coming in every since then. I've took my mom her and she loved it. The full staff is great and everyone is alway friendly and nice. Tammys husband is so great at doing my nails the way I won't not that Tammy or any of the other staff aren't good because their great. I'm just very picky and I love my natural nail but it's very weak so I get them dipped with coffin shape. It's like he knows personally how I like them and how to treat them.

This is the best nail salon. Tammy is the best for manicures I've found in the Tulsa area. She is so friendly and always listens to what the customer wants. Her husband is always nice too and does great manicures. The last time I was there two women had come from Okemah to this salon to have mani/pedis and said they would definitely drive to this salon again because they were so happy with the results. Try this salon. You won't be disappointed.

When I had been here in the past they had done a great job, but when I went in today for an eyebrow wax they said no, I would have to come back bc the women nails didn't have time. Her husband is always nice too and does great manicures.
