Pretty basic nail salon. My friend made a reservation at least a week in advance for a large group of us (10 people), and when we arrived they were not ready for us at all. We ended up getting our nails done in completely different areas at different times. The quality of the pedicure was also not the greatest. They rushed through & my nail color was uneven. I stopped in for a pedicure before our cruise. This was our first visit. As the nail tech was removing the previous gel polish with a dremmel tool, she got my skin twice. The was a good gash taken out of my big toe. Then she proceeded to put the acetone or something along those lines on my toes and I about came out of my chair. She was very rough and just said "sorry ". The polish was terrible. It looked like I did it myself. I asked the girl to correct it and she did one toe. I was frustrated and ready to leave. No one ever gave me any of the disposable flip flops so I walked barefoot to the counter. I waited a long time for someone to come take my money. They kept just walking by me. Finally a man came to the desk with a calculator with a total that did not match what I had done. I questioned him and he went and got another girl. She came up and told me the same thing. I made her do the math and she then realized it was the wrong amount. One day into my cruise and the polish was chipped. I will never go back to this place again! Read Less

I was looking around to see where to get my nails done for my wedding. I decided to give L’amour Nails a chance. I never get manicures or pedicures but it was fabulous! Highly recommend to upgrade for the hot stone massage. I was so nervous getting my nails done because I do my own and am very particular. But she did an amazing job! It was a great experience! Fabulous service! I am here from Colorado and the prices are awesome! They gave me the royal treatment and did an exceptional job on both my feet and my fingers. I'm extremely happy with all they did and the caliber of the work! Plus it's a beautiful salon! The pictures don't do it justice! Slow and bad service. The ladies were not very friendly. My girl did not speak a lick of English and couldn't understand towel or that I wanted the water to be warmer. She was so slow I had to cancel the manicure part and just do the pedicure. And she kept mumbling under her breath. Rude. Didn't enjoy it. Will not be going back. Read Less

Suck amazing people's. We saw one came in at 12:50 pm and sat for 10 min's. Right at 1:00 PM she got mad,stand up and ruded to manager. She asked how long to wait because she got appointment at 1:20 PM. I saw everyone respected her ! What's a false statement! Read Less

My college age daughter and I have been going to L'amour Nails for over a year for pedis and we will NOT return after our last visit. There is a young female tech who is/was so rude!!! and did an awful job, again! How I wish I would have confront her and spoke to management. Read Less

Came Here on Tuesday 3/28/2017, I recently moved from California and have had a hard time finding a good nail shop here in Oklahoma, I was referred here by a couple worker and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The staff here is amazing. They always greet you and make sure to serve people in the order they arrive. Very sanitary! They have wonderful color selection and I have never had my polish stay on as long as it does when I go here. I love this place! Read Less

I was very disappointed with the quality of work here. $50 for a full set with glitter acrylic, I can see my real nail underneath, who wants to see that. Then when I went back for a fill 2 1/2 weeks later he didn't do anything but buff and put more acrylic on, didn't clean or repair or cut off any broken or unglued pieces toward my nail bed. Also my pedicure was very unsatisfactory. My French tip appeared dirty after only 2 weeks when with other places I always was able to maintain the white for 2 months. Read Less
