Went to this Nail Spa for a full acrylic set of nails. I'm giving 2 stars because the lady working on my nails was on her phone for most of the time, not paying attention to the work she was doing/supposed to be doing on my nails. She also wanted me to track a package for her using the usps website because she didn't know how!!! Seriously?!!! I couldn't believe it! She became rude about it because I was having trouble understanding her accent. Never, have I ever experienced that one before. My nails turned out too thick and not shaped evenly. I was told my nails were dry and I was okay to leave, when in fact they were not and the polish had to be redone. I would have complained about the nail shape, but because of how things already went, I just wanted to get the heck out of this place. I usually have good experiences with this nail salon, but this time it was horrible and I doubt I will be back. I know of other nail salons that take pride in their work and won't let an unsatisfied customer walk out the door. I won't be back.

If I could give zero Stars I would. My nails don't look like they were done, they look like I went home and painted them. The service they was really nice but they hurt me a lot. They burn me with the electrical file, the acrylic that use also burnt my fingers, and they pretty much manhandled my hands and awkward positions. The only good part was I got my eyebrows waxed.

Excellent service and selection. The staff is very accommodating to individual needs. My MIL has diabetes and they worked very carefully on her feet, taking great care of the overdue pedicure while remaining gentle. Would make this my regular spot if I called Tulsa home.

I do not recommend this place for anyone getting their eye brows done. First of all they hurt me really bad, and secondly the messed my eye brows up. They aren't even and one is thinner then the other...
I do not recommend this place for anyone getting their eye brows done. First of all they hurt me really bad, and secondly the messed my eye brows up. They aren't even and one is thinner then the other one, and the part that's the worst is they waxed off half my eye brow. Go somewhere else thank you!

Came in to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady was obviously in a rush, she put hot wax on my face without cooling it and took the end of my left brow completely off. Had the nerve to say i came in that way instead of owning up to her failure. Needless to say i left and did not pay her. I will never go back there again.

Moved my business here several months ago. Tina is the lady that services me and does a good job. They just bought new chairs, oh don't forget to turn on the massage function.

I've been here a few times. Usually it's okay. This last time, though, was pretty bad. It was clean - I will say that. I was with a friend. His feet were cut twice (to the point of bleeding), which wasn't even acknowledged by the pedicurists. The ladies working on both of us were rude. My friend knows enough of the language they were speaking (Cantonese?) to know they were making fun of us - which I think everyone jokes about happening, but you never really want confirmation that it truly is happening. We still can't figure out which one of us was "big white" and which was "little white"! Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Where do I go after work for some relaxing me time? Here. Why? Simply because they're clean and quick. Oh not to forget to mention my nails always come out looking so good. These people know their esthetics. What keeps me from giving this more than 3 stars? Well let me tell you... their excessive use of the native tongue. Don't get me wrong, converse all you want. But when it kind of disturbs my relaxation wondering what and who they're talking about, it ruins the effect. Will I keep going here? Yes! Most definitely. However, next time I may very well have earbuds and a well charged phone in hand.

I've tried 15+ nail salons in the area and Envy is by far the BEST! Excellent service, quality work, talented nail artists, and clean establishment! Employees are thorough, caring and compassionate. Highly recommended! Ask for Mindy Mai, though all artists do great work!

Went to this Nail Spa for a full acrylic set of nails. I'm giving 2 stars because the lady working on my nails was on her phone for most of the time, not paying attention to the work she was doing/supposed to be doing on my nails. Excellent service and selection. The staff is very accommodating to individual needs. My MIL has diabetes and they worked very carefully on her feet, taking great care of the overdue pedicure while remaining gentle. Would make this my regular spot if I called Tulsa home.

Came in to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady was obviously in a rush, she put hot wax on my face without cooling it and took the end of my left brow completely off. Had the nerve to say i came in that way instead of owning up to her failure. Needless to say i left and did not pay her. I will never go back there again.

I've been here a few times. Usually it's okay. This last time, though, was pretty bad. It was clean - I will say that. I was with a friend. His feet were cut twice (to the point of bleeding), which wasn't even acknowledged by the pedicurists. The ladies working on both of us were rude.
