I will never I repeat Never go back in there and spend one red cent. First of all I went in for a pedi n eyebrow waxed when I came in it was two ladies on their phones it took at least 2 whole minutes for them to say anything to me then when she did ask what services I wanted mind you she never got off the phone she direct me to the pedi area then proceeded to ask me did I want the deluxe I Plainly stated No she did the pedi which was trash and lasted for 7 minutes top. She did not shape my toes she did nothing. She started putting that sand mess on my feet I knew this was part of their "deluxe" package that I Plainly told her no to, so I'm just watching the hustle now she gets the towels out the microwave n before she placed them on my feet I stated "oh I didn't know u did this with regular pedi she acted as if she didn't hear me. Now it comes to the painting Horrible my 3 year old niece can do a better job. Eyebrows was just horrendous! Now about the pay let's just get it in your mind a pedi $25 Eyebrows $7 my calculations comes to $32 this broad says to me $48 which she had me all the way mixed up so I asked her to explain she say you got the deluxe for 8 dollars more plus eyebrow 7 dolla I said what school you went to because even if I did ask for the "deluxe" which I most certainly did not. with eyebrow it's still not 48 dolla. Bottem line I don't reccomend anybody go their. They are more worried about what they can get out of you extra instead of doing what you actually came for the service sucks. They try to force extra services on you their pricing absolutely Suck. I have also heard you should never pay with a credit card because they NEVER take off what they tell you it's always over. They are very inexperienced can not paint and have zero customer service skills. In my opinion they do not even deserve 1 star.. I went in last night around 7 (yes I know it's an hour before close) but I went in to get a pedi and to fix my nail that I had broke the day before.. I walked in and there were two ladies that were there already... They sat me in the pedicure chair, I was asked if I wanted the deluxe and I said yes, she then proceeded to give me a pedicure that lasted all of 10, 15 minutes at the most. The ladies that were there before me hadn't even started getting their toenails painted yet (that's how fast I was done).. I was out of the store by 7:35.. so when going to pay she told me $48 so I pulled out $50 and handed it to her and she looked at the money, then at me, and said "oh no tip? Okay, bye bye." I am a waitress and I would NEVER ask someone why they did not tip me especially if they did tip me, just not a lot. I thought $2 was all she deserved for the service she gave me.. I get eyelash extensions at Davi and they always do a great job!! The price is also amazing I also recently had acrylic nails done and they did a great job on those as well They are always fast and very friendly. Love it!! Read Less
