This nail salon was extremely nice! I came about 5 minutes before it was closing with my boyfriend and they still were attentive and happy to serve me. I had a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure lasted for 3 weeks with regular polish and my manicures normally only last about 2 days and the manicure lasted a week and I feel that my nails are restored. It was also comforting and a nice atmosphere they offered water and snacks to both me and my boyfriend. I have been coming here for 4 years and find it great! Love the disposable bowl liners for pedicures and find the technicians very friendly and accommodating and know how to give me the best manicure since my nails are very thin. i’m normally not a person to do reviews, but i came in and had my daughter with me tonight.. she’s 3 years old and she has cerebral palsy so she can’t entertain herself much.. she was fine through the pedi but while getting my nails done she started fussing and had to sit with me.. i just wanna day Johnathan was AWESOME about it! never acted like we were a bother whatsoever and he still did an amazing job! most nail techs would not have been so nice about it.i’ve been here a couple times before and it was always great but this made me a customer forever lol Read Less

My husband went for a mani pedi and really enjoyed their services! He had hurt his thumb and needed someone to help with the grooming of his nails. This place needs to be closed down. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went. I am from out of town and my friend and I decided to go have a girls day. I asked for the Deluxe Pedicure, which includes a 15 minute massage. I picked out my color. Basic red. She tried to convince me to get gel ($10 more). Van was the one who was doing my pedicure. She is HORRIBLE!  She started at 11:44 and was done at 12:02. 18 minutes total. I asked her for more pressure with my massage. She just looked at me a smirked. All she was doing was rubbing my legs. She did not even touch the back of my legs. I asked her again for more pressure. She told me I should of had a guy because they give more pressure. She proceeded to just rub my legs. My toe nails are not even straight. My friend had the same Deluxe pedicure. She was still getting hers done 30 minutes after I was done. I asked to talk to a supervisor. None there. Owner was out of town. A lady came and I told her my concerns. Then Van comes over and starts yelling. I told her again my concerns. She was very rude. She was yelling at me in front of all the customers. If she worked for me, she would be fired. So when I went to pay I told them I did not want to pay for a service I did not get. At that point Van wanted to take my polish off. I told her she would not touch me. She again was yelling, speaking another language. WORST customer service ever. They called the owner. IT'S NOT CLOSED. We were there yesterday, and it was awful. The staff was so obviously talking about us, had my daughters with me, they actually  pointed at me and all laughed. This place is not closed. It's close to my house so I decided to give it a try.  I asked for a fill on my pink and white solar nails. I asked the girl to do the white first then the pink. She told me no then proceeded to tell me that I needed a new set. I didn't but I obliged.  After she took my nails off she decided only to do overlay of pink and white because I like them short. I have never had any issue with tips for how short I prefer them. I told her I liked thin white and she told me she was saving me money on a fill so giving me more white. I feel that's my choice if I want to spend the money on my fill not hers. After she was done I told her I didn't like it because the white was too thick and. They don't look natural. The girl next to me agreed with me. The nail tech just shook her head.  After all of this she still charged me $45 for pink/white overlay. Not to mention it's been 6 hours and my cuticles are so sore it hurts to move my fingers. I am very dissatisfied. I've been to nail salons all over the country, and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. They're rip you off, and they don't even do a good job. They charged me 50 for a full set, that I've paid 35 for just down the road. And then one of my nails fell off the next day because it wasn't glued on right. They also are careless, and have cut my nails multiple times. And by far the worst customer service ever. They are so rude and talk to you like you are stupid. The past two times I've been they've either cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding or filed my nails so rough that's it's either cut me or burnt me. They're very rough and and both times I've been they haven't even tried to talk to me. I got my nails and toes done (the most basic manicure and pedicure they offer) and they charged me $75. My pedicure was fine. Nothing special. I had a card that was missing one space and a card that had one space filled in and they wouldn't honor the $20 off. Will not return and will advise all of my friends to avoid. You should honor the discount cards you give out. Read Less

This place is AMAZING! I'm new to the area and needed a new salon so I came here because of the glowing reviews and convenient. They have a full treatment menu and price point very reasonable. I have been going to Venus nails since the day they opened. It was good service. A couple of months ago I went to have my nails filled and the lady said you need a new set. Fine with that until she started ripping the nails off of my nail bed. Any other time I've had to have a new set they soaked the nails off. Thought I would give them another chance and went back. This lady seemed to know what she was doing, I thought this is great. The next visit I went had a new girl. She was not good. She said it would be an extra $5.00 to trim my cuticles. Really?? Every other place the cuticle trim comes with the manicure. I asked to have my nails soaked off and the owner wasn't happy. Don't care, I'm the customer. While I was getting them soaked off with an unhappy owner another lady came in with her daughter and daughters friends. I think a total of 6 young girls getting manis/pedis. The owner said they gave you the wrong price. He went up to 20.00 each pedi and a few dollars more for the mani. The lady was clearly upset. She said to me, what do I do. This was her daughters birthday party so she payed more than what the OWNER QUOTED. That is so WRONG. I won't be going back. If he isn't getting business maybe he needs to stop trying to be GREEDY. The pedicures have been terrible with maybe a minute or two of massage (seriously!). I get a pedicure for the massage. I don't want to pay $35 for someone to just paint my nails. I went to this salon to get my nails done, and for pedicures, several times when they first opened.  The owner was very nice and did a pretty good job on my nails.  The pedicures were just ok, not the best I've ever had, but acceptable.  The last time I went, the owner was impatient and complained the whole time that he wasn't getting enough customers.  He did a sloppy job on my nails just rushing through it.    His wife did my pedicure and it was anything but relaxing. So I came in yesterday to get my nails done and this was my first time coming there. I thought the place looked nice and I thought they were going to be professional, but when I sat down for my manicure the lady that was doing my nails was very inconsiderate. I can see that this is a place that does not value their customers. If you ever come here make sure you do not let the very dark old lady with glasses do your service! First off she did not even do a good job on my nails and the 2nd thing that bothered me was that she kept leaning over to talk to the other nail tek next to her. I told her no I want pink and whites and she rolled her eyes.I'm sorry I thought I was the customer.Then she would stop and text, or call someone. Not that someone was calling her, she would call them. Didn't have any conversation with me.Every time I asked her to do something she wouldn't even acknowledge me.
