Literally the ONLY thing that could've been better is if I could've had an ombré design with Dip Powder (but I understand why they don't do it... takes forever!!!) I ended up doing acrylic. It's been years since I've used it, so I thought why not!? Let me start by saying I'm VERY picky ab my nail shape. I do a point and if it's crooked or has a Knick or whatever, it annoys me and I'll pick at it until I ruin it. Curtis was very patient with me while I chose my colors and my shape is literally ON POINT! Curtis was social and quick... and above all, quality work! At any other place I would feel $50 is too high but seeing as how I got every nail tipped and they are pretty long... I didn't mind! I'll pay more for good work! Will definitely be returning... I've been a customer at Tip Top for 17 years and this is the absolute BEST place to get pampered in the metro area. Jenny is so wonderful and her whole staff is awesome. I've gone to a LOT of salons in the okc/Edmond area and this is my favorite. It was recommend that I check them out by a friend of mine, and I'm so glad I did. Excellent service... it's a bit higher than some, but money well spent considering I've NEVER left disappointed in my nails. Vast color collections in polish, gel, and dip. I know it says appointment only, but I have never had to wait for more than 10-15 minutes! I drive from the other side of town every few weeks and so far, it's well worth the extra effort. Read Less

Tip Top is my only nail place. I've been to others in Edmond and Tip Top takes the cake! They're so friendly, greet me by name when I walk in, pay great attention to detail and are reasonably priced. Love this salon!! All the nail techs are trained by the same person and all are perfectionists and take their time, which I highly value when it comes to my nails (I'm the one that has to look at them every day!). I have been here in the past years ago for a pedicure, and I have always remembered it to be a great place. I went into get a powder dip removed + new dip. I should've read the reviews that they take their time.. because they definitely do. I was there for almost 2 hours. However, I really did love the staff, and I loved their interaction with other customers around me. It seemed like everyone were regulars there, which confirms great quality each time. Nice place. Was in town for  few days and needed a fill and pedicure. They were quite busy when I got there,but she said I could get the fill & be out in time to catch my plane. The ladies here are friendly efficient and do a great job on my feet. And from what I hear the service is awesome on hands, too. I would give them FIVE STARS if they ventilated the shop better. Best to call for an appointment first but they will work you in. Just be patient with the wait.Read Less

I was not happy with this place. I told the guy I wanted a deluxe manicure, a purple gel color, and a design. The nail polish is pink doesn't match the color that I picked on the display nails. After, he painted my nails he informed me another guy would do my design, because he doesn't. Then one of the lady workers told me it would be 10 minutes. She was just walking around, and could have easily switched with him. He was painting someone's nails. Not rocket science. I decided I didn't want to wait. They told me my price, and didn't complete my deluxe pedi. I was so irritated when I left. This was my one and only visit to this place.Read Less

Rude!!! I've been getting my nails done here for a little while. Do not go often but i will never return. I ask the lady that sits at table #2 (owners wife i believe) to clean the paint up around my nails which is what they do defore they send you out and was told that it would wash off and my skin was kinda dark 😐 thats why it looked tha way it did (inappropriate). I walked over to clean them the Nail Polish was still there! I showed her she then told me my skin was to dark again 😤 i calmly asked her again to get the paint off and she did it very easily. I arrived not expecting too much. I mean, how awesome could a nail salon be? The staff here are phenomenal! While getting a pedicure, I repeatedly apologized for kicking the nail tech (very ticklish). She was cool about it and asked what I was comfortable with, which was nice. The nail tech who did my fingernails was helpful in informing me of other services the shop offers. All-in-all, I experienced a welcoming, calm environment with a friendly, knowledgable staff. Every nail tech always does a great job! Was disappointed when I found out that my regular was no longer here but I went in today for shellac and Jennifer did my nails. She was awesome!
