Go here if you care about your nails being well formed and even. Jessica makes beautiful nails!!! This is not a “prissy” salon. They have the basic product selection without a lot of “extras”. The salon itself could be cleaner but the staff is friendly and they take time to make sure your nails look perfect before you walk out the door. Awful service my first time here and I ask for the regular pedi and ended paying way more that what they had said. Plus be careful make sure you specify that you child is getting a kids pedi . Other wise they will charge you more . Won't come back . Too expensive. False advertising. Read Less

I was a walk in - was treated like I shouldn't be there. Little lady who did the prep work did a good job and then turned it over to a technician who I believe was the owner's wife. She proceeded to cut my toes three different times. After the third cut I told her to stop. Upon leaving and paying they made no effort to accommodate the cuts on my feet but did clean up the blood. This place is just awful. For starters, if you are getting a manicure and pedicure, they will do it at the same time, giving you a manicure while trying to relax while getting a pedicure. This made it very uncomfortable for me because I was leaning over while she worked on my nails, not getting to enjoy my pedicure. They were very rushed and sloppy. But once the lady started doing my toenails, she CUT my toe, and didn't bother to say anything. It was bleeding and I finally called her out on it and she acted like she didn't notice until I showed her. Went here with my 9 yr old daughter to get mani pedis and half way thru the owner decides to get into a heated argument with an employee for 30 minutes screaming. My daughter was scared. Manager was firing the guy. Right there in front of us. She could have taken it outside or back room. I didn't even get a sorry or DISCOUNT for what we witnessed. I should have called the cops. My daughter and I went here together for mani/pedis and eyebrow waxing. The salon it's self is nice. Good products and clean well kept stations. The services are pretty basic. Pretty much what you can get at most salons. But the lady who did my nails was very sloppy. I left with tiny bubbles all over my nails and polish under and around the nails. Been here several times. First time was really nice (grand opening week)! Each following visit seemed a little less friendly or customer courteous. Nonetheless, I continued to go, in hopes the other visits were just randomly not so great. I'm an over-tipper too! Well, the last visit, will be my last. During a thirty--five minute wait (they insisted it would only be 10) I had time to think & was watching how busy they were, & it dawned on me. I remembered a recent segment on News about sanitary issues and fungal infections. I took note that the buckets carried around from person to person weren't being sanitized, nor were the pedi spas efficiently cleaned!!! Well, ironically as fate has it, my fiancé who was indulging with me ended up with a bad increasing infection and had to get reprieve from Urgent Care! It was a nasty common nail salon infection called Onychia. Poor thing had to have his finger frozen and cut open to remove the infection he had been fighting for a week. Busy is not an excuse for improper sanitation and cautiousness! Hopefully the salon will take note! Read Less

I had a shellac manicure done here and within 2 days, 2 nails had already chipped, and within 6 days, 8 nails had chipped.  I went back in to the salon on the 7th day and showed them my nails, they told me to take a seat.Long story short - at first they said they had to charge me the full manicure all over again to fix it.  I told them absolutely not - these had chipped after less than week - so they got an attitude and said fine 40% off.When I went to check out, the girl at the front (the owner's niece) said "Only 30% off for you."  I can't believe how terrible their customer service (not to mention their shellac) is - I would never, ever go here again. Today, I was pulling in the parking lot to park, and they had a huge sign on one of their cars, that covered the entire car, that said "Royal Nails and Spa grand opening 20% off".. So I go in and there is another sign inside that talked about a members club and 20% off pedicures. So, I get my pedicure and manicure and they go to charge me WAY too much. I told her what it should have been with it being 20% off and she said "No, it's only for pedicures". I told her that her sign outside that they hung on one of their cars said 20% off and didn't specify that it was only on particular services, and if it was supposed to be only on particular services, that they need to specify that on their advertisement, or else it's a bait and switch, which is fraud and illegal. Her response was "Sorry. It's only on pedicures". I told her she had better walk outside and read their own sign that they are advertising 20% off, and NOWHERE does it say "on select services" or "only on pedicures". I told her I would only pay what she advertised. After more argument, she said "I will do it this one time and we do not want to see you again". Wow! I told her not to worry and that I have sent many friends there and will make sure they all know how they really treat their customers, and they definitely wouldn't have to worry about me EVER coming back!
