I had a wonderful experience with Kristy. I got the basic mani-pedi, but she spent an hour pampering me. She was meticulous with my eyebrow wax. It was less than I'm accustom to paying at a popular Edmond competitor. The shop was tranquil and the technicians focused on their clients instead of their coworkers. This is definitely my new place! I used to go here every 2-3 weeks (about 3 years ago). The tech, Liz, who used to work here did a great job and even got my husband to start getting pedicures. I think it got bought out because Liz was no longer there and the place was redecorated. It's a lot nicer than before and they offered drinks, but my actual gel manicure didn't last for more than a week before it started chipping.Read Less

First time when I went it was good. The second time I had a different tech and she did ok job. The gel manicure started chipping the next week and so is the nails on my toes. They dont offer any drinks and make you feel uncomfortable with unfriendly looks. The place was always empty so that must tell something even if they have specials. I've been here for over year since the new manager and very happy with my nails and services. Clean, fresh, modern and very relax... Got a glass of Wine and my daughter got a juice box with snack. Staffs are so friendly and nice. They also have discount and reward back for your beauty money. My Gel manicure is so good and last long for over two weeks. Lots of colors to choose!!! I was hesitant to go here because of some of the reviews I had read, but my mom insisted it was her favorite nail shop. I was pleasantly surprised. The shop is clean, pretty, and the staff was SUPER friendly. My mother and I both got pedicures and it was wonderful. Fairly priced and well executed. My daughter & I went her for mani/pedi + both full sets. They did a lousy job on feet with polish. The full set is thick, lots of bubbles, uneven, very rushed job. I'm very disappointed in both our nails. I will not go back! Read Less

I recently took my daughter there to get a full set for her birthday. I also had mine done at the same time. The results were horrible. My daughter had taken a picture of what she wanted. The lady looked at the pic and said she could do 'no problem'. The finished results looked nothing like the picture but they charged me 25.00 more since she said they were special. My own had lumps and were filed so uneven it was pathetic. They advertise cheap, but I spent over 70 and the results were horrible. Would never return! Read Less

I paid $30 for a gel/shellac manicure (French tip) It was not done as nicely and precisely as I've had done elsewhere. After the technician was done, I noticed bubbles in my nail polish, and she did not go all the way up to the cuticle. Her application of color on my tips also was not exact (she didn't curve color far enough up sides of my nail, leaving natural color of my nail revealed. My wait was also very long. Read Less
