Nail Forum is a little gem in west Edmond.  This is a very clean place and I love they use plastic liners in the tubs for our protection.  Pa is especially wonderful.  She gives great leg and foot massages and pays attention to detail.  Very professional. Read Less

I have been using the salon since the day it opened. I think I may have honestly been the first client. I used Sonny at a different salon and when he decided to open up his own I followed with him. This salon hands-down is the best in Edmond. It's a beautiful atmosphere, that employees are very polite, very clean and they offer a complementary drink. I would recommend it to anybody. My group went for pedicures at Nail Forum yesterday and I would highly recommend this establishment to all. I called the day before and they were able to book an appointment for four pedicures at 3pm on a Saturday. I've been to other salons that say I have an appointment, but I've still had to wait. Not here! We came 5 mins early and were in side-by-side chairs as soon as we had picked our colors. They also had enough staff to do all of our pedicures at the same time, which again, had not been possible at other salons I've visited. Extremely clean salon with a very professional staff. I love that they honor my appointment time. When I arrive, they get me in right away. I really appreciate how quiet, odor-free and relaxing the atmosphere is, as other salons I've visited in edmond are always so noisy and reek of chemicals! Love this place.  I love that when you book an appointment that they honor your time. Whenever I walk in my water is already poured and the massage chair is on and usually my red wine waiting in a huge glass :) prices are reasonable as the little perks like scrubs and hot towels are included and always great customer service!!!!! I ABSOLUTELY enjoy every experience at this salon. The staff is so kind and friendly. They really make you feel special. I have always love the quality of service and how clean the shop is. The problem with my nails is that they are flat and the gel would not stay on till I came to NAIL FORUM. They stay on OVER 2 weeks now!!!!  The prices are great as well. First, my manicurist was amazing. I loved my mani/pedi. If my review was just based on that, they'd get five stars. Wine in a stem glass, and lining for the pedicure bowl for sanitary assurance? Even better! And it felt more private than some larger nearby locations. I was thinking, YAY! I found the perfect spot! But the guy was smoking pot in the back. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt; I mean, this is a business, so it can't really be happening, right? We are in a nice part of town, surely I'm imagining things. Oh, it was happening. He smelled so strongly of it. Went to the bathroom and came out and saw it in his hand. There were kids in there, too. Even if it didn't bother me, I can't be around illegal substances for professional reasons. But it bothered me, too. So brazen! Keep your illegal and smelly life choices out of your workplace. What started as a nice outing ended up feeling trashy. I left as soon as I could and will not be going back. Read Less

I can't begin to explain how much I love going to Nail Forum! Sonny has has been doing my nails for 6 years. The service is always consistent and courteous. I never wait, they always greet each customer friendly, by first name, and I love my complimentary drink. If my nail has ever broken (my own fault), Sonny is quick to fix it. I was told the wait would be 10 min and it took 25 minutes for them to get to me. I did not appreciate the wait. The foot massage was good but i got a french tipped pedicure and the polish job was horrible. Will not be going back. Read Less
