If I could give this salon 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, to post a review you have to give at least 1 star. This place has a nice environment and deceivingly nice people but if something should go wrong or you are unsatisfied with your service, the owner/manager couldn't care less about your experience or trying to make it right to satisfy a customer. I left this salon feeling the most disrespected that I have ever felt in my entire life. My experience started off bad because I had to call back 3 times to confirm my appointment. I called ahead for an appointment because not everyone knew how to do the style of nail I had. When I showed up for my appointment, the owner tells me they must have forgot to write my appointment down because the technician was with a different appointment. That was strike one. She found the only nail tech that was available to try to help me and she started filing down my nails while the owner tried to color match the ombre pink that I had. Ultimately, she couldn't match it even though I had got it done here originally. I asked what my options were and she said that I would have to start all over cause it wouldn't match but that no one was available that could do it (hence why I scheduled an appointment) at this point, I could have just come back but because they already filed my nails down, I had to do something. The owner couldn't offer any solution, so I frustratingly said just paint it with gel even though I hate polish nails, and thats not what I came in for. This was strike two. The went ahead and did my nails with gel polish (without telling me it would cost extra or I would have just said regular polish) and then I went to pay and here comes strike three. They charged me for gel which was probably $10 more than the fill that I came in for. I told them I was going to pay for what I came in for since it wasn't mt fault they couldn't do what wanted. The owner threw the whole nightmare experience on me like it was my fault and my choice and refused to discount my service even though I was incredibly unhappy the entire time and it was all their fault. She basically said that I didn't have to let them help me and because I chose gel that's what I'm paying for. She said all of this with an attitude and blame and complete lack of care for her customers and her business. 2 of my friends went here. Not only did she lose me as a customer, she also lost their business. In a world where there is a nail salon on every corner, you should care if something goes wrong. I would have been fine paying, if she just showed an ounce of empathy for what they did wrong.

I love this place! I have been with Nina since she was with her other salon. She is so caring with all of clients and if something is wrong she will make it right. In fact her salon is the only place I’ve been where they have asked me my name and actually got to know me. She introduced me to Vincent who now does my nails at the salon and he is the best! He pays so much attention to detail and it’s so hard to find someone like that! All in all I love this place and I’m so glad I found them! 💜

This nail salon is not your typical salon. You come in as strangers and leave as best friends with the staff. The staff is hilarious by the way! They always make me laugh. The salon is well-kept, very clean, and super cute. They have every drink you could imagine + snacks + coffee. Let’s talk about nails now. Every staff memeber is a perfectionist and if one doesn’t know how to do something, then another staff member will step in and save the day to satisfy your needs. They know how to do everything to your nails, so if you come in with a picture you saw on Pinterest they’ll be able to do it. They take appointments and walk-ins and do a fast, but efficient job! I love this salon and will ONLY go to this one. 10/10 would recommend.

I had been to {what felt like} every nail salon in the North OKC/Edmond area before I finally found Mint! They are head and shoulders above the rest! Nina & her entire staff are so welcoming & accommodating and the salon is clean as a whistle (and adorable). In the past I would find one person I liked and only make appointments with them. At Mint, every single nail tech does a fabulous job and speaks great english, so I don't even have to be difficult and ask for someone specific. Prices are extremely fair! They're always busy (because they're the best - duh) so I would definitely recommend making an appointment before you go!

I'm greeted with smiles, and wine ( I'm a single mom I need it). They give me exactly what I ask for without the pain. Annie my pedi tech is the bomb. I'm so in love. When you go ask for Lena she one of the owners. And did a fantastic job fixing my nails. Exactly how I want. For all a reasonable cost. Did I mention the wine?? The customer service was unbeatable. I highly recommend this spa. Everything about it is on point from the nails, to the customer service, to the music to the snacks. You can even get a glass of wine with your massage while you’re being serviced. Loved it!!!!!

Where do I start... I absolutely love Mint Nails & Spa. Not only is every girl in there great at what they do but EVERYBODY is sooo friendly. It is like walking into a room full of your best girl friends. Jokes, laughs and wine! Every time I have come up with a nail design April has flawlessly executed it beyond my request! "Team work makes our dream work!". April has become so accustomed to my requests that we collaborate on all my designs. She knows her business! You are so well taken care while you are there that you don't want the pampering to end. I have salon hopped for many years looking for the perfect place and I have finally found it at Mint. I won't be going anywhere else! I recommend Mint to all my closet friends and get asked everywhere I go who does my nails.... I proudly say Mint and suggest they give them a try.

My wife has been on to me about my feet for a long time. She's taken me to few places to get pedicures before and I never had the urge to go back. Since coming to this salon I've been back multiple times. The staff is incredible and makes you feel like your at home. They are always in good spirits and love to take care of you. My wife loves the job they do for her nails and for my horrible feet lol. It's very relaxing here and having a cold beer is a plus .

Even after moving out of the Edmond area I still drive 25 minutes to get here because they’re that great. The entire staff is wonderful and I’ve never had a bad manicure here, not to mention they’re all so fun and energetic. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of! I dont set an appointment bc I never know my schedule, but I always get in quickly. The techs actually have conversation with you, they're friendly, and they all do a great job. Cute salon with a really friendly and fun team! I came in for a regular manicure before Xmas festivities - I love that they include the paraffin wax with their regular manicures, which leaves my hands really soft! I typically bring my own color and or top coat wherever I go but Mint has a solid selection of colors (Essie is what I look for and they stock a lot). What I really appreciate here is I always leave feeling taken care of. My nails today took some time to dry (longer than usual for some reason) and Nina the owner quickly redid several fingers even though the salon was closed. She insisted that I stay even though I would have been totally fine coming in tomorrow given it was so late. Now my nails look great!! Really appreciate the experience.

So thankful for Nina! She's always taking care of me. My nails came out wonderful! I made a last minute appointment and she was able to get me in and make sure my nails looked good for my night out. Nina is honestly the most amazing nail tech I've ever had and I have followed her from her other salon because she's that awesome! I am never disappointed by her work. I love the atmosphere of Mint, it's not too big of a spa and not too small. The girls there are funny and make you feel at home. They offer complimentary drinks and the massage chairs are AMAZING.

I went to this place for multiple months and loved it! They always did a fantastic job on my nails. They offer complimentary snacks and beverages and the atmosphere was great. The nail salon look very clean. But it wasn't until I notice the the corner of my toe nails were turning white and the texture of my nails changed to become thick and chalky. This is all consistent with a nail fungus. It's really a bummer because I really like this place now I have to find a new nail salon.

This experience was amazing. From the friendly staff, to the care and the time they take with their clients. I was blown away they make sure your services are how you like them. I went from a full set to a more natural look and they saved my nail length and used the powdered dip technique and I'm in love! They are amazing I can't get enough if I ever come back to OK I am coming straight here!

They not only quickly sorted out each of our needs (mani, pedi, gel, or combo of these), but also had a spot to put each of us to wait for our service. They were very efficient to get to each of us.There were a few walk-ins that tried to get in but had to be turned away since we were there. Each was offered another time, though, which is much better than most places who just say no and let you walk out trying to find another place.Not so great things: didn't do edges of our nails well; messy and rushed, with the paint by the cuticles not completely covered and the second coat not matching the first.

I'm brand new to the world of pedicures. I usually just paint my toenails at home and call it a day. After a terrible manicure experience out of state last year (my first and only professional mani so far), I've been hesitant to visit a nail salon again. But I'm heading on vacation soon and wanted to do something special, so a girlfriend of mine made a late morning of it. What a great decision!I opted for the posh pedicure, which was $35. There was a great selection of colors to choose from. Wine was served in a chilled glass while we sat in massage chairs for our pedis. The posh pedi included scrubs, oil massages, hot towels, and paraffin wax. The entire thing lasted about an hour and was just relaxing and fun. The woman who did my pedi was actually the owner, and she was very friendly. She chatted a bit without making it feel like anything was forced or awkward. This place definitely convinced me to come back. Everything about it was just so enjoyable. As a bonus, you get 20% off your services after 10 visits!

Ultimately, she couldn't match it even though I had got it done here originally. I asked what my options were and she said that I would have to start all over cause it wouldn't match but that no one was available that could do it (hence why I scheduled an appointment) at this point, I could have just come back but because they already filed my nails down, I had to do something. The owner couldn't offer any solution, so I frustratingly said just paint it with gel even though I hate polish nails, and thats not what I came in for. This was strike two. The went ahead and did my nails with gel polish (without telling me it would cost extra or I would have just said regular polish) and then I went to pay and here comes strike three. They charged me for gel which was probably $10 more than the fill that I came in for. I told them I was going to pay for what I came in for since it wasn't mt fault they couldn't do what wanted. The owner threw the whole nightmare experience on me like it was my fault and my choice and refused to discount my service even though I was incredibly unhappy the entire time and it was all their fault. She basically said that I didn't have to let them help me and because I chose gel that's what I'm paying for. She said all of this with an attitude and blame and complete lack of care for her customers and her business. 2 of my friends went here. Not only did she lose me as a customer, she also lost their business. In a world where there is a nail salon on every corner, you should care if something goes wrong. I would have been fine paying, if she just showed an ounce of empathy for what they did wrong.

The salon is well-kept, very clean, and super cute. They have every drink you could imagine + snacks + coffee. Let’s talk about nails now. Every staff memeber is a perfectionist and if one doesn’t know how to do something, then another staff member will step in and save the day to satisfy your needs. They know how to do everything to your nails, so if you come in with a picture you saw on Pinterest they’ll be able to do it. They take appointments and walk-ins and do a fast, but efficient job! I love this salon and will ONLY go to this one. 10/10 would recommend.

I had been to {what felt like} every nail salon in the North OKC/Edmond area before I finally found Mint! They are head and shoulders above the rest! Nina & her entire staff are so welcoming & accommodating and the salon is clean as a whistle (and adorable). In the past I would find one person I liked and only make appointments with them. At Mint, every single nail tech does a fabulous job and speaks great english, so I don't even have to be difficult and ask for someone specific. Prices are extremely fair! They're always busy (because they're the best - duh) so I would definitely recommend making an appointment before you go!

Where do I start... I absolutely love Mint Nails & Spa. Not only is every girl in there great at what they do but EVERYBODY is sooo friendly. It is like walking into a room full of your best girl friends. Jokes, laughs and wine! Every time I have come up with a nail design April has flawlessly executed it beyond my request! "Team work makes our dream work!". April has become so accustomed to my requests that we collaborate on all my designs. She knows her business! You are so well taken care while you are there that you don't want the pampering to end. I have salon hopped for many years looking for the perfect place and I have finally found it at Mint. I won't be going anywhere else! I recommend Mint to all my closet friends and get asked everywhere I go who does my nails.... I proudly say Mint and suggest they give them a try.

My wife has been on to me about my feet for a long time. She's taken me to few places to get pedicures before and I never had the urge to go back. Since coming to this salon I've been back multiple times. The staff is incredible and makes you feel like your at home. They are always in good spirits and love to take care of you. My wife loves the job they do for her nails and for my horrible feet lol. It's very relaxing here and having a cold beer is a plus .

Even after moving out of the Edmond area I still drive 25 minutes to get here because they’re that great. The entire staff is wonderful and I’ve never had a bad manicure here, not to mention they’re all so fun and energetic. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of! I came in for a regular manicure before Xmas festivities - I love that they include the paraffin wax with their regular manicures, which leaves my hands really soft! I typically bring my own color and or top coat wherever I go but Mint has a solid selection of colors (Essie is what I look for and they stock a lot). What I really appreciate here is I always leave feeling taken care of. My nails today took some time to dry (longer than usual for some reason) and Nina the owner quickly redid several fingers even though the salon was closed. She insisted that I stay even though I would have been totally fine coming in tomorrow given it was so late. Now my nails look great!! Really appreciate the experience.

Nina is honestly the most amazing nail tech I've ever had and I have followed her from her other salon because she's that awesome! I am never disappointed by her work. I love the atmosphere of Mint, it's not too big of a spa and not too small. The girls there are funny and make you feel at home. They offer complimentary drinks and the massage chairs are AMAZING.

I went to this place for multiple months and loved it! They always did a fantastic job on my nails. They offer complimentary snacks and beverages and the atmosphere was great. The nail salon look very clean. But it wasn't until I notice the the corner of my toe nails were turning white and the texture of my nails changed to become thick and chalky. This is all consistent with a nail fungus. It's really a bummer because I really like this place now I have to find a new nail salon.

This experience was amazing. From the friendly staff, to the care and the time they take with their clients. I was blown away they make sure your services are how you like them. I went from a full set to a more natural look and they saved my nail length and used the powdered dip technique and I'm in love! They are amazing I can't get enough if I ever come back to OK I am coming straight here!

They not only quickly sorted out each of our needs (mani, pedi, gel, or combo of these), but also had a spot to put each of us to wait for our service. They were very efficient to get to each of us.There were a few walk-ins that tried to get in but had to be turned away since we were there. Each was offered another time, though, which is much better than most places who just say no and let you walk out trying to find another place.Not so great things: didn't do edges of our nails well; messy and rushed, with the paint by the cuticles not completely covered and the second coat not matching the first.

I'm brand new to the world of pedicures. I usually just paint my toenails at home and call it a day. After a terrible manicure experience out of state last year (my first and only professional mani so far), I've been hesitant to visit a nail salon again. But I'm heading on vacation soon and wanted to do something special, so a girlfriend of mine made a late morning of it. What a great decision!I opted for the posh pedicure, which was $35. There was a great selection of colors to choose from. Wine was served in a chilled glass while we sat in massage chairs for our pedis. The posh pedi included scrubs, oil massages, hot towels, and paraffin wax. The entire thing lasted about an hour and was just relaxing and fun. The woman who did my pedi was actually the owner, and she was very friendly. She chatted a bit without making it feel like anything was forced or awkward. This place definitely convinced me to come back. Everything about it was just so enjoyable. As a bonus, you get 20% off your services after 10 visits!
