I have never been so dissatisfied with a nail salon in my life. I have consistently for the last six months gotten dip powered done to my nails. I went to the owners mom who seemed to be the only one who knew how to do dip powder. My mom and I both went. COMPLETE waste of money. They had three workers and it took over two hours to get two peoples nails done. The results were horrendous. My nails look terrible. I went 4 days ago and three of my nails have cracked and then chipped and I have cuts on 3/10 of my fingers from another lady drilling my nails who seemed to have absolutely no idea what she was doing and couldn’t understand the simplest English such as “no shorter” or “ow”. The appearance of my nails is horrible, they are destroyed. My moms one hand they forgot to put the clear coat on so one hand is matte finish and the other glossy. They feel terrible. They drilled my nails so thin that once they chipped my nails bend when I scratch/touch anything. They are incredibly brittle and painful. We were visually upset the entire time and it was in so way relaxing. I would never in my life return to this establishment. If I knew how to attach pictures I would. My moms cuticle on her thumb is still so red and irritated and I have 3 scabs on 3 fingers. Awful.

Great place to have pedicure and nails, they are so clean with all tools. Very friendly and cares about their customer!!

Hi I'm from st. Louis Missouri and Its alway hard to find great nail technicians because I travel so much... however Tina and Kevin customer service and Skills are impeccable... I definitely recommen...
Hi I'm from st. Louis Missouri and Its alway hard to find great nail technicians because I travel so much... however Tina and Kevin customer service and Skills are impeccable... I definitely recommend them any day.... my nails are gorgeous and my feet are soft and wonderful... I wish I could give them more then 5 stars.....

Would not ever recommend this place to anyone, have had my acrylic nails done for years now and this is by far the worst job I've ever had done. The lady's excuse was that she had to pick someone up from the airport. If I could give less than what I would because the experience was horrid. My nails have grooves with in them they're not all even and smooth like a nail should be. I feel like I've wasted my money. I initially asked for Matt black nails then the lady proceeded to put on the mat color then there was grooves that looked horrible and she proceeded to tell me that that was Matt which it was not in fact, then proceeded to put shiny Lacore nail polish on top of it which is not even what I asked for originally.

Really should have read the ratings before I came here. I only got a pedicure and my toes look okay. HOWEVER they CUT my toe. Yes, you read that right. The lady doing my toes sliced open a part of my toe and didn't even say anything about it until they put whatever on my feet and started rubbing my toes with it and I got caught with a bad stinging pain and jerked my foot back. That's when I realized what they did. They acted like they didn't know it was there or that they in fact did do it! Obviously when you're getting a pedicure you're on your phone, so I didn't realize what was happening until it was too late. I left so upset and in tears AND still had to pay for my full pedicure!!!. I have attached photos.

This place is the worst place I've ever been to... I left the place almost in tears..... my nails look so bad and they have bubbles inside the nail polish. The shape is terrible........ literally look...

Love this place! I always go here to treat myself before holidays and special occasions. Everyone here is so nice and they do such an amazing job. Ask for Tina as she does a great job on nail designs.

Went here for a regular manicure while in town visiting family. Place was clean, ladies were friendly, unfortunately it has to be the worst manicure I've ever had! The polish was SO thick and old. Eve...
Went here for a regular manicure while in town visiting family. Place was clean, ladies were friendly, unfortunately it has to be the worst manicure I've ever had! The polish was SO thick and old. Even after drying with a fan and a UV light, one nail smudged so I asked to have it fixed, and it was streaky and gloppy. I left and after 10 minutes it was still so thick and wet that I literally smeared each nail off with a napkin in the car. Disgusting and ridiculous!!! Went back in and they offered to re-paint but I'm completely over it. The filing job and actual manicure itself isn't even that great. I basically went and bought my own polish and am doing it myself. SUCH a waste of money, and more importantly, my time!

DO NOT get GEL nails here! Although the aesthetics are nice, the actual finished project is terrible! My friend and I both received very fast service but the GEL peeled off both of our nails within 2 ...
DO NOT get GEL nails here! Although the aesthetics are nice, the actual finished project is terrible! My friend and I both received very fast service but the GEL peeled off both of our nails within 2 days. They are supposed to last for 2 weeks! And.. just to add to my relative bad experience here, I was cut on my ankle during my pedicure by the pumice stone one of the ladies used on my feet. Needless to say, I will not be returning! Very UNhappy FEET!

I have never been so dissatisfied with a nail salon in my life. I have consistently for the last six months gotten dip powered done to my nails. I went to the owners mom who seemed to be the only one who knew how to do dip powder. My mom and I both went. COMPLETE waste of money. Would not ever recommend this place to anyone, have had my acrylic nails done for years now and this is by far the worst job I've ever had done. Really should have read the ratings before I came here. I only got a pedicure and my toes look okay. HOWEVER they CUT my toe. Yes, you read that right.
