Waited for an hour. There were only 2 people working. I left at 5, closing time. Trying them again today. Hope for better outcome today.

Oy. I'm in town on business for the week, and tried Regal Nails because I was DESPERATE for a pedicure before traveling elsewhere for the weekend. I easily got an appointment earlier in the day, and when I arrived, discovered the salon is located inside the Duncan Walmart. They had 6 spa pedicure chairs and 10? other nail stations and a large number of staff. Yet they still managed to be 10 minutes late for my appointment. The massage chairs were comfy, but the tools were dirty and used, and the girl doing my nails was not into it and after 30 min trimmed my toenails down to hardly anything and dabbed some color on them. I keep going back because of the convenience. I guess you get what you pay for. All of them but the owner speak very little English. They talk back and forth to each other in Chinese, which is very rude in front of their clients. I've been cut by one of their technicians everytime I have gone there. They pull their instruments and dremmel tools out of a drawer that appears to have been used numerous times. I have never seen them wash their hands between customers. They keep their mask on while talking to you, as if it's not bad enough you can't understand their diction, but behind a mask, it's impossible! I don't know much about their culture, but the men seem to dominate the women and the women are very timid. I insisted on a female technician and all the men in there stared at me like I had called them a dirty name. I wished someone would put in a nail salon in Walmart who are Caucasion and speak English and friendlier! Read Less
