The staff are not friendly. Positive and upbeat attitudes are important when working with the public, especially where they are providing a service to you. No smiling allowed, it seems. I got the deluxe pedicure, my nails came out okay, but the massage was not a massage. The technician rubbed his hands up and down my calves and did not rub my feet at all. I used to love this place, but service had gone way down. Made an appointment for a girls day, 4 of us, and everyone's nails were messy. First of all, the lady who did my nails did not have a very friendly demeanor towards me. I assumed it was because she was about to get off work. Secondly she made me bleed twice and was very rough with my hands, despite me making it clear. Next, she wasn't paying attention and glued her finger to my thumb, and proceeded to aggressively rip it off without sayinf anything at all!! Usually i won't leave reviews even if the service was bad, because i don't want to get anyone in trouble. Next she refused to paint my nails unless a payment was made first. I assumed that was a company policy, so I didn't ask. I had to request a double coat, and even then she didn't fully coat the nail so i had spots that didn't get painted and spots that weren't even. Finally, it's only been a day, and my pinkie nail has already broken off because the nail was so weak. I was a walk-in, so i don't know if that had anything to do with it. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON COME HERE TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE!!!! MY 17 YR OLD AND 13 YR OLD CAME BACK IN TEARS!!!!! The only thing we could offer was to let their eyebrows grow back and to come again!! WHY?!!? Would I allow my children to go through that again?!?!?! I told her I was not upset with her but however was beyond upset with the mother that did them! I saw the negative reviews about this place and didn't want to judge a book by its reviews so I figured I'd give it a go. Well, let's just say it was Fabulous! Great service, I called ahead for 4 adults and a child and they were able to immediately get us seated. The massage chairs are legit, get pressure and customized to your back, the arm pressure was my favorite. I got the herbal spa pedicure which came with a neck warmer and hot stone massage, it was great. My technician was very polite and attentive. I did get offered a drink which was what someone was complaining they didn't get but maybe it came with the higher service I paid for or something. I was extremely Displeased with my services. Paid $45 for "Pearl Pedicure and did  it received my money's worth. The nail tech seemed incompetent of his ability to do nails and completely half-ass my fully paid service. Typically, I would take the L if a nail tech was inconsistent with his/her work, however, the paint job was unbearable to move forward. Worst experience ever!! My best friend and I went to go get our nail done. ( her was a powder dip & mine a arcrylic fill ) the lady apparently the manager was the rudest woman ever!! I go my pedicure and it was not good at all I ignored it because I didn't wanna seem like one of those customers due to the fact that they were almost closing. I felt like the lady didn't like me as soon as she saw me, she started filing my nails instead of removing the nail polish w nail polish remover.. I told her I needed them to be thick other wise they will break off she said it would be a $40 charge. But she said it in such a rude and refused to do my nails after all then of course I asked to fix my pedicure and she still charge me extra!!! I ended up paying $80 for my best friend and I which is reasonable for a full service but she didn't even finish my nail and my best friends nails were lumpy and still had the previous color under her nail! The place is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. My complaint is the quality of the actual polishing. I've had several different people there and the polish is always messy and the gel nails, which are supposed to last longer, and cost more peeled off like 2 Days Later. My pedicure was fine once the preliminary up sales were finished. I was shown to a chair quickly, but noticed women further down who were drinking. I wasn't offered a drink when I was seated. A couple of women were seated next to me and were immediately offered their choice of drink. I spoke up and said I wasn't offered a drink. Everyone ignored me. Every customer who came in after me were offered drinks. When you google salons that offer wine, this one comes up. The lady next to me even commented that someone else was offered a drink and they still ignored me. Guess you need to have the juice or be a regular to partake of all the services offered. I'm a client at the salon in Yukon and I love the staff and the environment. They are always friendly and I never have to worry about my appointments being disregarded if they get too busy. Very nice location that offers wine and other drinks. I got a Deluxe Spa Pedicure and layover my nails, $70. I thought they were a bit pricey for Del City however, the military base is right across the street thus why prices may be higher than normal. Staff was friendly and quick. Read Less
