They do a pretty good job here. But, the wait is always very long. If you ask how long the wait will be or call to make an appointnent, they are unable to give you a wait time or make appointment (the last three times I've tried to do business here) . So, if you don't mind waiting, you will get good service with friendly people.

I had an over all great experience. Due to tge language barrier i did not actually get what i wanted but i was not unhappy with the results. I just wpuld have been happier if i got what i wanted. I will go back and recommend this shop to my friends. But next time i will use google translate to tell them exactly what i want.

Me and all of my family have gone here since they opened. I have had a wide range of services: pedicures, gel nails, and shellac. I have gone here for every prom I went to and plan to for my wedding. The have the cleaniest nail salon in claremore and the friendliest staff.

I have been going in here since Kym opened her doors. And she herself, is 9/10 good at her job (fingernails) I have had a couple mistakes along the way but never major and over the course of many year...
I have been going in here since Kym opened her doors. And she herself, is 9/10 good at her job (fingernails) I have had a couple mistakes along the way but never major and over the course of many years that's not a big deal, but her current other lady that does nails IS NOT! My nails look horrible and was charged $40!! For a fill and paint! No. I wish I could post a picture. I have never been this upset with my nails, EVER! This time was the last straw. I won't be returning to this salon.

The worst toelnail painting job ive ever had. Lumpy and bumpy. Honestly i felt a couple of the staff members were rude. I definitely did not receive a $50 pedicure.

Came in with my 3 year old. Told the lady she wanted to get her nails painted with pink and purple lady bugs.. odd request, I know, but she's three and her mind was made up. I wanted the $23 pedicure...
Came in with my 3 year old. Told the lady she wanted to get her nails painted with pink and purple lady bugs.. odd request, I know, but she's three and her mind was made up. I wanted the $23 pedicure.. all is said and done, my daughter just got pink and purple nails, no design whatsoever and definitely not lady bugs. Then I get charged for the $28 pedicure which included hot wax or something that I did NOT get, and in stead of charging me $7 for my daughters polish like their sign says, they charged me $10. Will NOT return. Waste of money, got literally nothing I wanted except a foot massage.
