Also I am very picky I have been getting my nails done 10+ years have had a lot of crummy places this one is clean and nice. You get your own nail file and buffer in a box with your name on it also. I went to this place all the time when they first opened and they did a great job. Now it's horrible. My nails are always crooked and they never completely cover my nail with polish. My last and final experience I took my 14 yr old to get acrylic. They talked her into the coffin shape, they were literally an inch long! When I asked the lady to cut them down she refused. I got serious with her and told her to cut them down again. 😡 Then she just said she would file them down a little bit. I then asked her to cut them again and she looked at my 14-year-old asked her if she was OK and if she wanted them cut down. I'm sorry but a 14yr old does not need 1 inch long nails. Let's just say I left there furious and will NEVER be back!!!!! Read Less

Manager and staff blamed a bad polish job on ME not letting nails dry. The polish job was bad period. Should have requested the person who's work I know there instead of letting them give me just anyone. I've been choosing this place over another close to me.... So disappointed in the blame game today!!!! Manager gives me back my money as if that was my only attention.... Thats what prompted this review.... I just want good polish nails. Take accountability for the work your staff is putting out and use feedback from customers as a learning opportunity for that employee!!! Read Less
