I went and got a manicure here a couple days ago, the staff was attentive, they sat me down immediately when I walked in (no appointment) and started working on my nails. The quality of the nails, however could be better I like them but I don't LOVE them. I can say that this is the best nail salon i've visited in Catoosa, I will be back. Love this place! Been coming here for years and love Judy the owner! Judy does amazing nails and is who I get my nails and toes done by. All the staff are great here too! Tina does my toes sometimes and she gives an amazing pedicure by the way! Ann also does amazing nails here too!!! If you have not been here.. Check this place out! I had a medi/Pedi when they polished my toe nails they left me setting in the pedi chair while the woman took a magazine and fan my feet to dry the polish, when she thought they were dry.....she said you ok, go get your nails done....she didn't give me anything to put on my feet so I had to put my shoes back on...which ruined my polish! I get my nail done, and with all the clipping and filing on my nails she never cleaned up, so when she polished my nails there was grit and particles under my polish! Probably the WORST manicure and pedicure I have ever received. Don't waste your money here. The technicians have no idea what they are doing. My French manicure and pedicure would of looked better if a 5 year old did it. Not to mention, she cut up the bottom of my foot pretty good when using the grater. Seriously?!? Go somewhere else where they won't hurt you or waste your time and money. I only gave this place one star because you have to give them something. Stay away. Read Less

Potential for communicable disease, or fungus. "Unsanitary Conditions" This place is filthy! Went to have my nails soaked off & was disgusted by what happened next. After the nails were dissolved they sucked the remaining acetone, nail partials, germs, dirt, gunk & whatever else comes off your nails back up into the nail polish removal bottles to re-use. I was appalled by this & couldn't believe my eyes. Then as having a fresh set of nails put on, I started looking around & realized that all of the sanitation jars were empty & gross. That tools used to file & drill were sitting around not cleaned between customers. Every station was full of nail dust (natural nails & other). Completely grossed out wondering what people are being exposed to due to lack of sanitation. They are very rough w/ your hands & feet if you start bleeding they ignore & don't sanitize tools after. I don’t recall ever seeing an employee ever wash their hands or sanitize between customers. They use razors and cheese graders on your feet without cleaning between customers as well. Read Less
