I just got up and left this place. This was my first time trying this location out. I get shellac pedicures every two weeks, no issues - I just moved so I had to find a different nail salon. Was told the wait would be 10 minutes, waited 25. The guy came over to start my pedicure. 1st, he started drilling my pedicure off, completely off - not just drilling a little before putting on the cotton, acetone and foil - drilled the entire big toe so that there wasn't anymore gel polish left. I then asked "are you not going to soak off the gel", their response was yes, so the guy grabbed a different tool and started peeling off the gel. THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT WAY TO REMOVE THE GEL!! I asked again, "gel is supposed to be soaked off, are you not going to soak them off"?  After seeing my toenails drilled down and scraped thin, I got up and walked out. I will never go back. The WORST mani pedi of my life! She painted my toenails and some of my toes. Bruised my legs because she massaged them so hard. I wore the little flip flops the entire time I was getting my nails done and on my way to work but as soon as I put my shoes on my big toes rubbed right off. The manicure was even worse! I asked for acrylics but somehow ended up with powder dip. The ladies spoke to each other obviously about my nails the whole time in another langue. It was quite rude. When she finished my nails were not even the same color!!!! One hand is extremely think while the other is almost translucent. I paid $62 for an embarrassing nail job and complete waste of my time! I did not want to pay, but I was soooo upset I didn't want to make a fool out of myself and cause a scene. I had the same experience as another Yelper. I was greeted in English by the older lady then during the pedicure she spoke her native back to the other staff then asked a personal question(Not related to services) in English then back to her native w the man. It was obvious the whole time that they were talking about myself and the other customers. I found it rude and won't be going back. My boyfriend's sister in law had the identical experience. Is it normal for them to clean the toes then lay the "toe jam" on top of the foot? Never had that happen before... Read Less

I have tried to stick with this nail salon; their work is very good, but their manners are not. Today I went back to try it out again. I was the only customer present and three manicurists. I was addressed in English when I entered the business, then the gentleman turned around and began speaking his native language non-stop. I consider this behavior to be rude and unacceptable. It has happened there before, so I turned around and left. These workers speak English very well. Workers dealing directly with the public need to be polite, and the behavior of the workers in this business lacks manners. Disrespect to clients has no place in any type of business. Read Less
