I can't believe this is happening at 25 Tobias Boland Way, Worcester ma 01602. I just got my nails done on December 24th, I'm watching as the lady does my nails and I cringe at the technique (she use the nail file to file the top of my natural nail) but it is Christmas eve I have lots to do so I figure I'll just grin and bare it and not come back again for nails (plus I always get my brows done here and that's it, I love how they do my brows and the girls are great) now she ...puts crystals on my nails and puts my hand to dry when I take hand out crystals have moved and proceed to blame me because acording to her I moved my hand (this is not my first rodeo) now she removes some crystal puts a blob of gel and pushes crystal in now I have this bump on my nail bigger than usual now I'm just not in the mood to start again since when she removed my old gel it was a process of a lot of scrapping after she used the electric file to remove most of it, I was horrified but again at this point I just want to leave and not come back for nails ever again, I pay and leave by the time I get home by 5:15 I look at my hands and realized every crystal had fallen off So I call them tell them about it they say there no time cause walmart closes at 6pm to come back Tuesday, but by that night gel nails were chipped and I wanted nice nails for that night and Christmas. so I went Wednesday the 28th and explained that I didn't like the craftsmanship and I didn't want them to fix them (glue more crystals she already did that and they fell off) I explained I always come do my eyebrows but don't like my nails I rather be refunded. She flat out refused, no money back on service rendered and that I ruined my nails with everyday use , i told her she could either please refund me or I'll just dispute the charges with my credit company cause this is rediculous I don't want my nails done with a sloppy fix none the less redone with all that filling and scrapping(pretty much rip the gel of my nails it wasn't even soft) she said if I dispute the charges she will call cops on me (are you kidding me) and she did, she called Walmart security who procede to listen to everything but didn't know what she wanted them to do she asked for my license, my recipt and took a picture of my nail and still refused to refund me. I had a pedicure, and it was okay but the technician did not speak or understand English so it was difficult to get what I wanted. People came in and were encouraged to wait, but that made her rush with me so she was a bit rough. Read Less

This place is a joke and rips you off. I took my daughter and a friend to get their nails done. The girls wanted to pick paint color and we told them that 3 times and they act like they can't understand English. They showed them the nail wheel and said no you pick color here so they did. I told them acrylic and my daughter's friend only needed a fill. I explained it and went to get a few groceries I came back and they were finished. My daughter's nails looked awful one was crooked and the lady saw me looking at it and came and filed it then put top coat on 2 of her nails again. I went to pay and they charged me $70 for 2 young girls. I said her fill should have only been $15 and the set should have been $35 at the most. Again acting like they couldn't understand what I was saying. She said they got shellac polish so more expensive. I told her that was shady practice because they didn't let the girls pick paint they insisted they pick from the nail colors they had at their table. We specifically said paint. I told them I will never use their business again. 30 minutes after we paid and left the two nails that were "fixed" were so faded and not shiny at all. My daughter fixed them herself. These people are scammers I ask for the25.00 set of nails the lady said ok she was doing 3 people at once my neice was with me and knew there lauage and she was telling me what they said it wasnt nice then the lady doing my nails was teasing my service dog I ask her to stop she just keep teasing him after 3 hrs she finally finished and said charged me 35.00 I said I said I wanted the 25.00 set abd then she said ho we dont do that set anymore ok if they dont take it off the price list.I'll never go to them I was so pissed when my niece told me what they were saying I hope that one goes out of buniess. I got my nails done at regal nails in Leesburg, fl. They did an amazing job. I paid for gel nails, one full set, eye brow wax, and both my girls nails painted. I didn't get his name but he went out his way to do special designs for the girls nails. The thing about it is that they really aim to please the customer while you don't see in many places these days honestly. This type of service makes a business what it is. Instead of him getting an attitude he constantly asks how you want your nails and if it acceptable for you and if you aren't satisfied he goes above and beyond to make sure you are! Very pleased with the service and can ensure I will be spending plenty more money with him as my new nail tech. Read Less

The salon is a pretty small place, but the staff is very kind and patient. I appreciate the fact that they will converse with you in order to get to know you. Also they are not pushy on making you spend more than you came to spend. Their work is very well done and they take their time. I would highly recommend. Read Less

This plac4 is ridiculous my daughter is a model I spent a lot of money to get her nails done and this place messed her nails up the nail polish was running off for up to 4hours after we got her nails done I went back in there after spending 200 there the day before on pedicures and nails for me and both my kids the guy yelled at me in front of everyone in the store said my daughter messed her nails up not his problem and he not fixing it I got mad and I finally said he would fix it but said I had to wait 2 hours and to never come back i have never been treated like that in my life he will loose alot of business for this cause i spend a lot of money on mine and my kids nails who are 10 and 12 and been getting there nails done ever 2 weeks the reason the nail polish was rubbing off is cause there cheep and add nail polish remover to there nail polish so they can stretch it cause I used to work at a salon the manager here is rude very rude made my 10 year old daughter cry Read Less

I am very sorry about Caty incident, but I've been going to them for 3 yrs now and never had anything like that happen to me. I know they fire a guy not to long ago for being rude to the customer. The shop is own by the older lady and she does not have any family, like most shop do that are own, so she has to hire people from out side. Sometime you get a good reliable person and sometime you get what Caty experience, but one bad apple shouldn't spoil the rest of the bunch.My experience is always pleasant!!! dee Read Less

I moved here and was referred by a good friend. With that said, I had been with another salon for over for years, but really didn't want to drive all the way across the Metro (45 mins) to still get my nails done. Boy what I'd give to make that drive instead of dealing with the awful customer service and general services that I received here at Regal Nails. I bought a full set, fine and dandy. Three days later, a nail broke...my middle finger nail...not a finger you use that much for a professional career woman anyways. I thought okay I'll go get it fixed and get a pedi too cause it was time for one also. The man that did my nails did Mt pedi....cut my cuticle Bach so far in my middle right toe that I started bleeding. Then to fix my nail, he dropped a couple drops of super glue on the crack and smoothed it out with his finger. Hmmm, not happy, but I've got things to do right. I go back in two days layer with the same finger one the other hand, same nail finger with the corner broken off. He says twenty minutes...I go wander and come back to hear him say you are late, and them sits THREE women down for full sets in front of me!!! I sit and begin to fume...I get up and ask'can you just file this and ilk come back when I can because I can't wait that long...he says fine, grabs a file and slices open my side of my finger when he stats to file...I jerked and said owww and he says NOTHING! I said out Loud, I have had two nails break in less than a week of getting them and still came back for a pedicure and for you to fix these nails. I told him I wanted then done right because I paid good money. He said no. I go home PISSED. I call him Sunday, which is today, and tell him who I am and I expect a new full set done correctly because that's what I paid for. He said I am not ALLOWED to speak to him about broke nails in front of customers in his shop. He griped and griped and then I said I'm gonna tell everyone, rate you online, call the BBB...he HUNG UP ON ME!!! I have contacted all the above plus called the home office of all Regal Nails franchises, and they promise to call you back. Moral of the story, crappy customer service, UN guaranteed work, and unethical. I'll take the drive from now on...do you have the money to waste on shoddy work or deserve pain physically when you ask for a small remedy to a bigger problem THEY created?? I suggest looking elsewhere if you like to party for what yo get out you silk midst certainly pay for what you make a complaint on by rudeness and actual plastically sawing on you. ~ Not a fake review...Caty as I can prove it all with photos.
