Very nice salon. The pedicure chairs are not the kind that massage you and the foot basins are made of metal. The young lady who did my pedicure was very nice but inexperienced. My polish came off and she didn't do a very good job with my cuticles. But my brow and chin wax and full set are awesome! I would go back, but would have to insist on a more exprenced tech. I wanted to love it here, I really did, but it was just not the best experience or product/service. I got gel polish and it literally started chipping the very next day. While I was in there, a woman came in and asked for her gel polish to be redone because hers had done the same thing, and they said it would be a long wait. One employee was there and was not working on anyone, then when the customer left, they ridiculed her for coming back in. They don't have nice pedicure chairs and a very small selection of colors. Very nice location, peaceful atmosphere.I'm giving three stars because I was in Oklahoma visiting and needed to get my nails done. I get there tell her what I want which was a full set short length. She told me for something like that it would cost me $58 bucks. I asked again just to be sure thats what she said and she confirmed. I'm from Los Angeles and here I can get my nails, toes, and eyebrows done for that price. If it seriously cost $58 for a full set there when I can get it for $20 at home, they need to add some more $$$$ cause thats out of line. Once I left and I was sitting in the car looking for another shop, the girl who was about to do my nails and the other who was sitting at the front dest walked out and stared at me as they were walking to their car. I had a wonderful experience with my nail tech Davy, she was super sweet and kind and did not rush my pedicure what so ever. I got the cucumber mint pedicure and it was amazing! and the salon is beautiful and relaxing. I am extremely impressed will definitely be coming back for regular pedicures with her! I'm new to the area and was looking for a nice, clean place to get my nails done. Lucky for me, I found it on the first try. I wouldn't go so far as to say that the salon is super upscale, but compared to other salons in the area, this one is pretty nice. I like that they have bars rather than the usual nail kiosk. Everything was super clean and the staff was friendly. Kirstie did my nails, and although it was only simple polish change, she took her time and did a good job. I will definitely be going back. I've tried many nail salons in the area and this is the only one that as two weeks go by, my nails still are in perfect shape and even still feel like they were just done. This is my favorite nail place in Tulsa so far ! Worth the drive all the way to broken arrow . It's a very clean neat place. Awesome customer service, it's not one of those nail places where the nail technicians just talk between each other and you can't understand what they're talking about, they go all out to do whatever you ask them. Clean, calm, and very boutique like. Sister and I came in as a walk in and did a citrus pedicure and shellac manicure. I wanted to do something abstract and different and the lovely lady who did my nails was very accommodating. My sister had something very particular in mind and Sai did exactly what she wanted and even more. Anyone looking for crazy nail art needs to come here!!!! Ask for Sai or Kate.
