So very disappointed with the pricing. It is not as posted. They charge an additional  $15 if you want gel polish. The guy at the front counter was rude and said if I didn't like the price I should go somewhere else next time. Advice taken. BUYER BEWARE!Also have to agree with the other reviewer on the cleanliness of the place. It was nasty. They did not clean out the pedicure sink after the customer before me got up. I mentioned it to the technician and she said she did sanitize, but I was watching and know for a fact.that she did. Health Alert!!!!!Sister got cut by an instrument yesterday...she bleed for about 3 minutes.  The owner and workers gathered and looked and they spoke in their native tongue.  They offered to clean it but the cleaner looked about 5-10 years old and who knew what was actually in the bottle. The worker apologized finished her nails and put the instrument back in the sanitation bag (without cleaning it).  I looked at that sanitation machine and it looks like it has never worked. She put the instrument back in sanitation bag then slide it in her caddy.  Then rolled over to start on the lady who just walked in......What!$20 Pedi is not worth dying over.Owner ask us NOT to sue!  OMG Read Less

I uses to go to this nail Salon every time I had a special occasion I did notice how they had terrible service but I never had a bad experience until today, yesterday I went to hollywood nails asking to have an accent nail after she finished I didn't like the look of it but it was my fault for choosing a bad color for the accent nail I came back today after work to ask to have that nail removed and have it the same color as the rest of my other nails the man at the counter asked me what color I wanted and I said the number of the color I wanted after that when the lady began to paint my nail I noticed it was a completely different color I asked her why it was such a different color she old the man at the counter and he came up to me and began to raise his voice at me asking why I had chosen that color and after I showed him that it was a completely different color he began to calm down and kept reminding me I would still have to pay for that one nail which I already knew, I will not be returning there Read Less

This might be the only time my nails looked worse after a manicure than before.A simple manicure took over 40 minutes for no discernible reason.  The place was dusty and coated in "nail dust."  The equipment was drawn from a dirty drawer (I could see the dust inside it) and did not seem to be cleaned before use, which is disturbing to me.  I felt dirty and icky sitting in the chair with dust surrounding me and coating the table I was at. The technician was unskilled.  Two of my nails were so bad I asked him to fix them (something I've never asked a technician for before), but many of my nails had jagged edges and the polish was not evenly applied.  The polish was old and had red specks in it, which looked terrible in my French manicure.  Two of my fingers had white polish on the skin that he failed to notice or remove.I needed the mani for a special event and am wishing I'd gone with my nails the way they were before I came in - neatly trimmed and plain.
