They do the most challenging designs and they work hard to ensure you ALWAYS love your nails before you walk out their door! My mom and I had been to several places before LA Nails and I'll tell you LA Nails wins. I went in for a shellac polish and noticed that they offer dip. I decided to give it a try and the whole experience was horrible. While filing my dip down with the electric file every cuticle was cut. I left with wavy dipped nails, red all around my nails "was told it would come off in the shower", stinging from all of the cuts and $40 less in my wallet. I recently have had 3 bad experiences with them. First time was when they did a salac and the color was terrible. Really streaked but when I ask about it, i was told it wasn't noticeable at a distance. No refund or correction offered. Charged 25$. Just a fill. Second time same thing. Streaky nails. But charged 35$ for fill. I decided to give them one more chance, third time (fill only, charged 30$) my nails were so thick and clumpy and the salac was a bright pink but still streaked and you could see thru it. I'm wondering if they have old polish. I should have ask for a refund but was to frustrated that I left. Pricing should be the same also for each visit. On a good note. They are nice people. I absolutely love Anne and Vennie. They are both good people and do a great job on my nails. I love having my pedicures done there also. I go in all the time with different designs and Anne does it perfectly every time. I have never before had to go back to get a fix or anything like that and I have them do my nails thin. I never leave here disappointed! They do a wonderful job. They also have great prices, and are always kind, friendly, and efficient. I have been going here a couple times a month for over a year now, and I am more than satisfied with their work every, single visit. I would not go anywhere else!
