I live in Skiatook, but in the process of moving EVERYTHING to the Bartlesville(ish) area which includes my nail needs. Kaci Fleak is my favorite! She does such an amazing job, answers any questions if I have any, & one day I thought they closed at 7 & I got there around 5:45, nope they close at 6 (which I didn’t know/realize at the time). I started going to Kaci at Kim's a couple months ago and she does such a great job on my shellac, pedicures, and dip. My shellac and dip last until I go back and have them removed which is usually 4 weeks. Kaci is the sweetest! Read Less

This joint is no oasis in the desert. I went on a Sunday and the staff apparently were rushed to finish. I bought the pedicure deluxe and received a massage from an older woman that did no good. I paid for the extra massage for a reason. My pedicure did not cover a spot in my toe where I had a  previous injury due to limited polish application. My manicure, where do I start, I had tips put on and the technician seemed to get pissed when I asked for them to be a little shorter than at first. She seemed to get rougher afterwards, my nails are still sore 6:00 hours later. None of my nails are the same length or look the same shape. I received no trimming to my hangnails or a massage. I absolutely love this place. I am a business owner so customer service is extremely important to me! They greet each & EVERY customer as soon as they walk in the door, they tell every customer approximately how long of a wait/if any they will have. The staff is friendly and courteous, they make eye contact and smile & everything is so clean. I have had both manicures and pedicures and have been extremely happy with both! Super friendly staff compared to the other nail salons in Bartlesville, but poor quality. I got gel done there on Friday and literally the next day, my nails were starting to chip. The same thing happened when I got my toe nails painted there. Just regular polish, but when I got home that same day, I noticed that parts of my toe nails weren't painted at all. It was definitely done in a rush, and she didn't do a second coat of paint on my toe nails. I travel extensively and was recently visiting Bartlesville. While there I was referred to Kim's nails as they were the best available in the area. Unfortunately their best is nowhere near acceptable compared to other locations at I have been or receive service from. You are better off traveling a couple hours to get your nails done compared to what the service is offered at this location. Read Less

I came here to get a mani while i was in town for work. the main thing i noticed at first is they didn't do all the typical things that most nail salons usualy do in a manicure like use those little clipper/scissor things to trim the extra skin around my nails... they just completely didn't do that step. then when i walked out i was pretty satisfied with how my nails looked, but then i noticed a couple days later that the nail polish was like splitting... not chipped because i bumped into something but it was like the nail polish they used was old or something... i dont knwo what really causes that but i had never seen that happen before. pretty much... i just wasn't impressed.
