They are great. The reason they are busy is because they do a wonderful job. They always call me and right in order. I respect their time so would not expect them to take me thirty minutes before closing. They work every day / long days.

Every time i go there is always an hour wait and you can't make an appointment. If you have your name down first they do the person behind you bc they have been sitting outside when you leave to wait!...

15 minute "pedicure" I just got a "pedi" where she soaked my feet a put and rubbed them with a hot towel and painted the nails, my feet are rougher than when I went in she then charged me $30.00 and they didn't even have dryers so my nails are smudged. Very upsetting. Now I am headed to go get an actual pedi/mani. A big disappointment

I always get great service here and they pay great attention to detail when doing my nails. They allow you to put your phone number down if there's a wait and walk around the mall which makes the wait...
I always get great service here and they pay great attention to detail when doing my nails. They allow you to put your phone number down if there's a wait and walk around the mall which makes the wait less painful. Great acrylic and shellac service!

I've decided to switch to Elite Nails after coming here for years. Their customer service has been and continues to decline with time. The work done on my nails was subpar at best, unfortunately. And they are kind of rude. It would benefit them to realize that we don't only want to go get our nails done, we also go for a pleasant, relaxing experience.

Walked in at 7:30 on a Saturday night, no one was waiting - 1 person getting a pedicure and 1 person getting a manicure. The guy very rudely told me they didn't have time to do my nails. They closed i...
Walked in at 7:30 on a Saturday night, no one was waiting - 1 person getting a pedicure and 1 person getting a manicure. The guy very rudely told me they didn't have time to do my nails. They closed in an hour and a half. I guess they don't need or want business so I will be else in the future. Mean while, on the opposite end of the mall at a different nail salon - it was packed with people waiting and people getting their nails and toes done. I think that in itself speaks volumes.

They refused to make an appointment for me. They told me to just walk in. So when I come in there's a 45 minute wait. THIS IS WHAT APPOINTMENTS ARE FOR.

Worst pedicure i have ever gotten! All she did was trim my nails and cuticle, do a very short exfoliation on my feet, rinse, very quick brush with a pumice stone, rinse, then polish. No massage, no lo...
Worst pedicure i have ever gotten! All she did was trim my nails and cuticle, do a very short exfoliation on my feet, rinse, very quick brush with a pumice stone, rinse, then polish. No massage, no lotion, no buffing or shaping my nails, and she didnt even use cuticle oil before trimming my cuticles. It lasted maybe 20 minutes start to finish, then charged me $20! I will never go back.

I've decided to switch to Elite Nails after coming here for years. Their customer service has been and continues to decline with time. The work done on my nails was subpar at best, unfortunately.
