Ken is awesome. This nail salon is definitely underrated. I showed them an pic from online, and he just recreated the look. They’re very precise when it comes to shaping the nails. Been to this shop several times normally they do great. . Today I had to wait 45 minutes for my pedicure then the lady made my toes bleed. .. Had my nails done had to wait again when they finally seated me the lady different from my pedicure got up in the middle to do someone elses eyebrows.. Didn't say excuse me or nothing .. I showed the lady how I wanted my nails done and she completely did them differently. I wanted my nails done a certain way for prom and she completely ignored it. My nails have already cracked and one of them has popped off completely. The nails are also shaped unevenly and some of the nails are two completely different lengths. My manicure was 45$ but I guess you get what you pay for. I just know that I won’t come here again and I will just go to I Love Nail and Spa in Gainesville, TX instead because they may charge more but their nails at least longer and look better. Read Less

My first time here and I didn’t have the best experience. My husband got me a gift certificate for Valentine’s Day and I was excited to have a relaxing afternoon, as a mom I don’t get those very often. I was a walk in and the place was very busy. I wouldn’t have minded waiting a little bit at all. I guess the manager went in the back to get someone to do my nails and interrupted his lunch. The nail tech was very rude, and seemed rushed. This was the first time I have ever gotten a gel manicure and I’m just not very familiar with the procedures throughout. He got frustrated when I didn’t stick my fingers under the light the exact moment he expected me to and would scoff and say something about me under his breath. Not pleased at all. Also, my nails are not smooth but look sort of lumpy. It was 33 dollars but I left the rest of my certificate as a tip because I do not plan on visiting this nail salon again.A very unpleasant uncomfortable experience. The lady who does pedicures is wonderful but when I went in to have gel polish taken off my fingernails, a grinder was used instead of chemical. The woman not only took off the gel polish but went so deep she took off half my fingernails as well. It has been five months and they haven’t grown out completely. Half my fingernail is red due to being grinded down. I will not go back to this place. Read Less

I got my nails done for my birthday & this is by far the best place I've been to in Ardmore! The wait wasn't bad; without an appointment i got in in about 15 minutes & that was with every table full. The nail tech knew what she was doing & waanvery professional. This was the first time doing the dip nails & I loved it. My nails couldn't look better & the service was excellent! Daniel, the owner, works the front desk. He is very nice & professional. Tracy is the girl who has been taking care of me for years. She is so sweet & does a wonderful job. Occasionally when I have popped in without an appt. other techs have taken good care of me also. The place is very clean & sanitized. You can make an appointment or just walk in. I had a concern which i brought to the manager/owner's attention. I was treated very poorly. This is not a reflection on the individual technicians' attitudes as they were not rude just seemed rushed. The owner was extremely unprofessional and actually immature when presented with the issue. I came in quietly, he was at the front desk, I did not want to bring attention to the situation as I felt it was unnecessary to do so. I felt it could easily be resolved. He didnt let me... finish even one sentence before telling me nothing was wrong with my nails, and he didnt understand how i could be unhappy. He blamed everything on me including the way the technician decided to finish them, (glue could be seen through the nails as well as lifting by the second day), and in general made me feel i was crazy and pretty stupid for even questioning anything. He raised his voice progressively until a scene was caused which was unnecessary and humiliating to me personally as that far from the experience I expected when bringing the problem to him. I was actually getting over a cold, had lost my voice so was only talking in whispers. There was no way to get him to calm down, let alone communicate. He profiled me unduly as a dishonest person and repeatedly loudly blamed my short nails for the poor nail job, among other comments. Due to the traumatic ordeal, lack of communication between the business and me and the owner's persistent loudness and temper, it is no surprise that I will not be turning. I have been going to Tiffany Nails for about 6 years now....well..made an appointment to get my nails done for my son's wedding and when I got there the owner told me my appointment was for the day prior..yet I have NEVER missed an appointment!! I only had one free day to get my nails done1 so I know what day I made my appointment for...so his employee wrote the date incorrectly. Most business owners would make this right but I was told I would have to come another time...which was impossible for me because I had a full schedule...the whole reason I made an appointment!! I assured the owner I would NEVER return. Super disappointed because I've been getting my nails done here for a long. This was an extremely important date for me and Tiffany Nails fell short.
