I came here to get my nails done on Sunday 11/26/17, I do not live here and was in town visiting family. I got both a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. Neither the full set of acrylics or the pedicure lasted me a week. I spent nearly $100. It's really disappointing. The nail tech that assisted me was rude and she cut my cuticles on two fingers that I actually bled profusely. The acrylic set of nails started to lift literally just two days after getting them. I was unfortuanltely not able to do anything due to the fact that I live in California. I would not recommend this place at all. And I certainly would never go back and spend that type of money someplace that doesn't know the value of quality over quantity. Read Less

Took my 12 year old daughter to get a pedicure and get one myself. The ladies did a wonderful job but the lady who did my daughter's pedi offered my daughter an eyebrow waxing and she shook her head no. Then the lady insists she get an eyebrow wax and even said her brows were kinda thick. I even told her no myself because we go to see RHEA at THE BAND BOX ON COMMERCE. She does a wonderful job and my daughter trusts her. So my point is, if someone tells you no thank you, then that should be it. The girl that did my pedicure did an okay job but not near as good as the extra I had paid for, plus I think it could have used another coat of color. There are still rough patches on my heels. The guy that did my dipped nails did a fantastic job. However when seeing if they were dry he must have smudged the top coat polish and I didn't have time to have him fix it. I usually receive great service here and this time was slightly disappointed. Although this is still my favorite place to go in Ardmore. Read Less

This place is horrible!!!! I paid for a $45 pedicure (it showed it was taken out of my bank) the owner wouldn't let me leave cause they kept trying to run my card after I paid and it would decline. I even showed the owner were it was taken out of my account and I had him talk to my bank. They are scammers, if you pay with a debit or credit card please be cautious that they don't do more than one transaction. The owner even said he would pay me $4000 if I can bring proof back to him saying I paid it..... I will update when I go back to see if he actually follows through with it! Lol Read Less

Love going here. They have more than just one awesome nail tech. Mike is so friendly and does fantastic work. He's very meticulous on how he does nails. Then again so is Blake. I know when I go there and Mike, Blake, Kelly, Andy or Lisa do my nails, I'm leaving super satisfied no matter what I get done. (I mostly do dips every two weeks) Read Less

I LOVE MY NAILS. Mike was so patience with me when I wanted my nails to look very natural after my nail dipping process. My nail Tech Lisa was also extremely patience. I'm so happy they took the time to provide Excellent customer service,even re-doing my toes to match better with my nails. I'm a very satisfied customer. I have been going to Nails Now for a long time. Today, I took my sister who was in from out of town to treat her to a manicure/pedicure. We were going to get basic pedicures ($25) and gel manicure ($33). While picking the colors for our manicure so we could match a color for our pedicures Helen said gel polish is just $5 more, so my sister agreed to pay the extra $10 so our mani/pedi would match. We get our pedicure and manicures and when we paying out they charged us $45 for... the pedicures. When I questioned Helen she said she told us $20 more, which isn't true, or I would have said no. Then she said that my sister should know she has had it before (she had gel polish from a previous manicure before this one...but it wasn't done in Ardmore or at Nails Now so the prices were actually cheaper.) They wouldn't refund the money and just kept explaining the cost was $45...which I understand but that isn't what was said to us. I feel tricked. I won't be going back to them again and it sucks bc I have used them for a long time and they have always done great work but I feel like we were duped into getting a service that I wouldn't have paid for had I been aware of the cost. This establishment is new in Ardmore. It has the most beautiful appointments and Mike who is the proprietor is a consummate professional. The staff are attentive and well-skilled. Everything is new and the chairs are massage chairs on top of everything! The prices are unbeatable and the service is five-star -superb. What you'd expect in a big city, not a small town. Read Less
