Quick, friendly, and helpful. I particularly liked Brenda Louderback. She was competent and careful to ensure you received the cut you wanted. Also, she is not afraid to warn you if you ask for a "style disaster." But, if you insist, she will acquiesce, or offer a compromise. I have no complaints for Cut Above. I enjoy going there and I trust them to do my hair. I went in there once, out of the blue, because I needed them to fix my hair that I just badly cut. I get my hair and nails done there all the time. I have always been greeted with friendly faces. Nicki and Hailey are great with nails and patty is great with hair, but there are many other ladies wyho do a fine job, I have just not used them. I will be a customer until they close!!!! Read Less

There was no one to greet me when I walked into the salon. A lady was getting a perm, a worker was putting on makeup, and someone was getting their hair washed in the back. The lady putting on foundation was Nicki my hair stylist. I confirmed with her I was there for my appointment for a haircut. She sprayed my hair with cold water and combed my hair half-hazardly grazing my ear on several occasions. She answered the phone and started to resume my cut. I told her politely I would wait until she was off the phone to finish my haircut. The cost was $16, $14 for the haircut plus a $2 tip.
