They do a very thorough job. My technician, however, was so thorough that it hurt.. a lot. One of my fingers bled. It had been a while since I went so I think it could've been my overgrown cuticles....

Best nail salon in Columbus! The staff is very friendly, I always enjoy my conversations with them. They do a phenomenal job, with excellent prices, and the place is always clean. Totally worth it!!!!

Just an excellent experience from start to finish. It was my first time at that nail salon and I was a walk-in! I was treated as if I’ve been a customer there for years. The nail technicians were so sweet, compassionate and most importantly, fantastic at their job!!! I was super happy I chose this 5-Star nail salon.

I love being able to book my appointment online. The salon is clean, bright and doesn't smell of chemicals. They have a great polish selection and it's well organized. The staff is welcoming, friendly and customer service oriented. I received a great signature pedicure and had a positive experience. I will be back for future appointments.

Came here for a "girls day out" pedicure and we loved it! The place is very clean and inviting. The technicians were very friendly and my pedicure looked great. Perfect amount of pressure for my foot massage, too. Prices are better than other places, you get what you pay for and more! I will definitely be coming back next time I need a pedicure.

I went there for a signature pedicure, manicure with dipping powder, and eye brow wax. It took longer than I expected, however they were very thorough. It seems like a team effort as they traded off as they were getting a little backed up. The pedi urethane was relaxing, manicure was different, but in a good way. It is a cross between acrylic and gel.....waaaaaay better. I predicted how they helped with a couple of concerns I had to ensure I was happy and pleased with experience. Waxing was great, gain very thorough. I appreciate not being rushed and the attention to detail. They offer a complimentary drink (water, soda). Everything is new and very clean. Plan ahead to take time for yourself to relax and enjoy the experience!

Casually drove by, saw TL Nails, and decided that it was the perfect time for my acrylic balance. Found out that they had just opened less than a week ago. The place is clean and 'welcoming'. The staff was personable and attentive. The service was delicate and professional. I will be back! Give them a shot and you will like them too.

Just an excellent experience from start to finish. It was my first time at that nail salon and I was a walk-in! I was treated as if I’ve been a customer there for years. The nail technicians were so sweet, compassionate and most importantly, fantastic at their job!!! I was super happy I chose this 5-Star nail salon.

Came here for a "girls day out" pedicure and we loved it! The place is very clean and inviting. The technicians were very friendly and my pedicure looked great. Perfect amount of pressure for my foot massage, too. Prices are better than other places, you get what you pay for and more! I will definitely be coming back next time I need a pedicure.

It seems like a team effort as they traded off as they were getting a little backed up. The pedi urethane was relaxing, manicure was different, but in a good way.
