For my birthday I decided to act like a girl and get a manicure and pedicure done after shear neglect to my hands and feet for the past few months. Elli was nice and was located near the heart of Worthington, so if you have a hubby, or boyfriend who's dropping you off, then he has a couple of places he can hang out at around the area whilst you glamour yourself up. The reason I can't give Elli five stars is because I wasn't crazy about the girl who DID my manicure and pedicure. She really didn't talk at all, which is fine, because I don't talk either, but she felt slightly cold. In fact, she didn't really even offer tea, or anything to drink until we were half way done. Another thing was that she neglected to ask me if I wanted to take my wedding rings off before she started sloshing lotions, and sugar scrubs over top of my arms. NOT ACCEPTABLE! She did a nice job, and I didn't leave with sore nails at all. However, she almost had me about ready to yell during the leg massage. Damn, that kind of hurt! I had to look around to make sure I hadn't been transported to some underground bondage chamber for S & M practice. I'm pretty sure deep tissue doesn't mean rub your thumb along my leg muscle like you're grinding corn on a stone. Other than those issues, Elli's was a nice place to just come and relax for an hour, or so. The pedicure chairs here are amazing, and very relaxing with the built in massage mechanism and a decent whirlpool bottom. This place in no way feels cheesy, or even TOO formal. It feels nicely in between, which is fine for me. It never had the feeling as if I should be a classified yuppie who drove up in a BMW, or Volvo convertible. In fact, I brought my Ipod with me for music, but instead whatever music service they were using played most of the alternative music I had brought with me, so there was no need to break out the tunes, and that was pretty cool to me, and it beats listening to top 20 and Justin Beiber for an hour. Prices here are also in between. They're not entirely cheap like many of the Asian employed places you find in the strip malls ($30), but they're not uber expensive like many high end spas ($90). I paid close to $70 for both my manicure and pedicure, but they also had different price ranges depending how long you wanted to be there, and if you wanted different treatments. I would possibly go back, but essentially, nail spas aren't really my scene, so I felt slightly uncomfortable, but Elli's made is less uncomfortable than what it could have ended up being. I would gladly recommend if anyone is in search of pampering their fingernails and piggies. Read Less
