I had my nails done today and am in love with them! I cannot for the life of me remember the nail techs name but she will be my new tech for as long as she does nails! I was squeezed in literally last minute, maybe waited 3 minutes,which is unheard of. She freehanded a lace design on my nails, which turned out fabulous! And I like my acrylic thick, which is seemingly impossible for most techs for some reason, but she did exactly what I asked for. Went in for a shellac manicure. The stylist was extremely unprofessional. As she was buffing my nail, she turned to the girl next to her, complained about her job and the long day, and didn't even notice that she had moved the buffer off my nail and onto my skin. I went in for mani/ pedi combination and was ask if I wanted to upgrade to a shellac nail polish. I agreed unaware of the $ 30 upcharge. I spent 55 for the mani/pedi combo and then had another 30 bucks charged for a grand total of $85.00. The color is nice but the shellac chipped three days later. I've been to better salons with cheaper prices for mani/ pedi and shellac combos, and that the polish actually lasts the appropriate/ estimated time. Staff was not overly friendly but good enough as long as you're not looking to have a conversation. When I did make small talk it was one sided until others nearby were included. Read Less

Vi is the only person that I let do my nails and have been going to her since she started in orrville...I am so proud of the advancement that she has made and all that she has to offer now.. they make you feel welcomed like family when you walk thru the door! beware of your wallet...first off there are only two or three places in wooster to get nails done. so this place is way overpriced and had to pay additional 5 bucks when the nail broke after only 9 days. never had a problem with breakage at their competitor  (tips toes & beyond). people giving this positive reviews must be cray cray  or never went anywhere else. Very nice people! However i wont be back   waaaaay over priced and took an hour and 40 mins for a pedicure and gel mani cure! It was 90 dollars!!!! 48 of which was for a gel manicure... If you have an appt, you are almost guaranteed to be waiting anyways . I wanted to get a mani pedi with gel polish but I think $91 is overpriced so I got regular polish , it still cost me $70 and it lasted one day and it is all peeling off . EDIT- Spoke with a very pleasant manager on the phone and they are going to make it right. I live out of town, but next time I am here they said they will do my gels again. Will update or post a new review following. ---Let me start by saying it takes a LOT to disappoint me, and even more to make me feel like a Yelp review is necessary. This was the crappiest mani/pedi I've ever had. My nail tech actually said "sorry, I'm a sloppy painter" in the middle of my manicure as gel polish poured on her hands from holding the bottle too far sideways. My cuticles are legit covered in gel polish - not cleanly done. I've never had a nail tech with acrylic nails before and they kept pinching me and getting in the way. In the middle of the rushed pedicure, she kept looking around, yawning, and said "massages make me tired." I've never experienced a mani/pedi this bizarre. I'm extremely disappointed. The most insane things about this is the manicure itself is $20, and a gel polish is $30 EXTRA. We're talkin a $50 gel manicure. I thought that was a joke. That is absurd. Especially done by someone who had apparently never given one before. I brought up the service when we paid ($190 for two mediocre mani pedis, jesus) and they would not refund any part of the cost. The manager offered to fix what was wrong but it is my birthday and I don't feel like sitting there for another awkward hour. I inquired about the $50 gel manicure cost thinking surely the $30 cost of gel included the rest of the manicure (like it does everywhere else I've ever been), but they insisted it did not, so basically the $20 manicure cost is for some lotion and them pushing back your cuticles. I really wanted to like this place and make it my go-to all things beauty salon. Everyone is really nice it's just my nails weren't filled correctly. I brought it to there attention on a Wednesday and they didn't want me to come in again until Monday. With my schedule Tuesday morning was better. The next day (today) I got another call stating they had to change that appointment. # 1 I work, I can't just get up and go as I please, #2 my nails were in such terrible condition they were getting caught on everything, I was worried about a nail ripping off and #3 I've spent over $200 in the salon between my daughter and I since April 1st..I'd think I'd be a little more of a priority in order to keep my business. Over priced - worth it though...nice people working here...always friendly & good at keeping you company. Pretty decor, owners work daily so its obvious they care about the place. The owners are very welcoming...the rest of the staff is not bad either. Good colors but not a huge section of colors but they are pretty for good in Wooster. Worth a stop if in the area. Yes, Yes, Yes!What a great Salon. Rachel did my hair for my wedding and she did a fantastic job...as well my entire bridal party had their hair and nails done and everyone was thrilled. I had a poor experience with another salon in town and I was so unhappy with my nails - They fixed them and made them perfect. I am writing a week later and they still look fantastic. I thought all of their prices were reasonable...except pedicures. Those seemed a bit expensive but were right on par with the rest of Wooster. I am just a spoiled California girl and I am used to cheap pedis. I will say the pedicure looked fantastic. I did not have my toes done but it definitely was the works! On the other end of the spectrum the price for my Updo for the wedding was very reasonable and it looked so great.
