Do NOT go to this nail salon. A nail technician placed full strength callus removing solution which contains lye on my ankle and dripped a portion on my leg. After I complained of painful burning she proceeded to clean it off with rubbing alcohol. It burned and hurt like heck! The technician did not know what was in the product/callus remover, therefore, I had her get the product so that I could read the ingredients and was surprised it contained lye. Lye is an industrial agent that causes severe burns to the skin if not diluted properly. I have a mark on my leg that may scar and marks on my ankle that may scar. I had a pedi in 2014.. loved it .. treated my mom and sister.... stopped by in July 2017 For a fill .. loved it .. returned in Sept & Oct ... on Jan 6 I received the signature pedi and full set stiletto nails ... I knew something was wrong when HELEN... placed the acrylic on my nails before shaping them into stiletto .. she also didn't use much glue for my tips .. they began popping off day 3 at the tip.. The woman who answered the phone and took my complaint was courteous.. offered to replace missing nails .. it was a snow storm so I told her I would come next week ... 2 days later 3 more nails broke .. I called to update them .. The who answered phone was very rude ....I'm tired of typing but that really pissed me off .. He said when can you come in so I can check it out.. I spent $83 at this establishment... I will not patronize this place if this is the service I get. He stated you didn't spend $83 for your nails ... Honestly I don't care if I spent $5.00 on my nails they shouldn't have looked like this ... now that I think about it my Pedi was $40 .... I was told my nails should've been $35 sooo I'm sure a dollar or 2 was was added. I feel like this .. if a customer files a complaint just resolve the issue I couldn't contacted my cards company and request a disputed but no I took the time out to notify them of the issue early . I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure about a week ago. I had gotten my nails done here before with no problem but I'm sad to say my most recent visit will be my last. The pedicure was fine but the manicure, not so much. As the gentleman was doing my nails, I am almost positive that he fell asleep multiple times! As you can imagine, my nails came out awful! I didn't notice the major mistakes until I was walking out of the salon. When I returned to tell the person at the desk that I was unhappy with my nails, he called the guy back out to fix them. When I told the nail tech what was wrong, he proceeded to tell me that it was the lighting in the salon and the cotton from the cotton ball that made my nails appear to be messed up, not the actual paint job. After that experience, I had already decided that I would not be returning but as of today, 5 of my nails have peeled off completely. So much for gel polish lasting 14 days! A total waste of money! Today I saw Lily and she did a wonderful job on my manicure and pedicure! I was very happy with the service and felt like it was reasonably priced compared to other salons! DO NOT COME HERE FOR ACRYLIC NAILS. OR FOR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER! Helen did a full set on Thursday August 10 and my experience was bad from beginning to end. I've been getting my nails done with acrylics every two weeks almost consistently for the last three years with MULTIPLE nail technicians and this was by far the worst service I've ever gotten. She clipped my nails all the way down to the bed and put the tips on the very end, the tips were so curved they looked like C's instead of a basic straight tip. Then I asked for square nails which should be a basic job for any nail technician, not for Helen. The acrylic was laid so thin and shaped so horribly I had her reshape my right hand (the REshape is pictured). After I expressed to her I was not satisfied she began to get angry with me. Mind you her nail file was completely white and almost unable to sit straight on its own, so you would assume she would use an E-File to fix it and she did not. After she finished she got up and left me at the table and never returned. I went to the front and asked to have someone else re shape them because I was going on vacation then next day and was too embarrassed of how poorly my nails were done to leave. The manager Ken did his best to reshape them but they were done so poorly there wasn't much he could do. It was clear to me they just don't do acrylic nails very well in this salon so I left. I was so upset I came back the next day to ask for my money back and to soak them off. They refused to do either, very rudely. Another lady reshaped them well enough for me to go on vacation. Been coming here for a while. Used to go to Johnny, who always did a great job. He hasn't been available lately so I've been going to other people. Today I was seen by Jenny, who didn't understand a word of English, but would constantly shake her head "yes" as if she understood what I was saying-  but really didn't. First, she filed my nails down to the point of pain, which was unnecessary. She didn't even acknowledge my "ouches." Then, I asked her to give me two base coats or two top coats (of OPI gel) because my nails are naturally thinner and tend to break during work. This is something Johnny and all my previous nail technicians would always do for me without an issue. She flat out refused and started speaking her language to another technician in front of my face obviously telling him about my ridiculous request. Really unprofessional. Boooo! What business turns down money!?! I am an out of towner and my sister is a regular customer. I called to pre-pay a service to thank her for helping me move. They stated they do not have online gift cards and turned my money down stating I'd have to know when she would be in the shop and then call. I explained I was in another city and did not have gps tracker device. They did not seem happy to take my suggestion of taking my money and putting a note at the desk with her name. All I can say, is wow. I am very picky about my nails (I get acrylic with gel polish.) It's so hard to find a person that does them how I like them. I've paid for a job that I don't like on so many occasions, so I'm always nervous to switch nail techs or nail salons. I tried Prive out because I moved to the area. On a Saturday, at 1:30 in the afternoon, I had NO wait for a fill. That is unheard of in nail salons on a Saturday without an appointment. It was amazing. Vi did my fill, and she is so perfect. I have NO complaints about the quality of her work and her service. She checked and made sure throughout the process that I like the shape, the color, etc. She's fantastic, very personable. Just a super sweet lady. The best part about it... they are regularly priced! They aren't one of those super expensive luxury salons, although it is luxury. Great ambiance, very clean, tons of people working, friendly people at the front desk. In my 8 years of being a nail salon customer every 2 weeks, they take first place in all aspects. I went in on May 12th and got a regular polish pedicure and a full set of acrylics with gel. Helen did my nails and my pedicure was amazing except by Sunday the 14th my pedicure had chipped. But as far as my manicure went none of my nails were the same length or shape, some were almond and some where round. I called on Sunday regarding my mani pedi to have my toes touched up and my nails re shaped. I went in today May 15th and Helen touched up my toes and hopefully they will hold up. She also re shaped my nails but they are actually worse than when I came in. The shapes and lengths are even more different. Thus I will not be returning as the prices do not match the quality. Bad bad experience. First, their customer service is horrible. They failed to even acknowledge that I was waiting for service, took someone else ahead of me that wasn't even at the counter and then when I was standing right in front of 2 cashiers, they never even looked up. I then asked if I could simply purchase a gift certificate, at which they said sure but walked away. This place is crammed with tables of techs, noisy and just a money maker for the owner with little interest in the client. I've never gotten services there and now never will. I went to this nail salon because it was open on a Sunday. I was serviced with a pedicure and full-in with gel polish. Before I left the salon the polish on my toes was damaged as I had to move my items myself because the tech left me and just said come on, I did tell her and she attempted to fix it. Before the weeks end my gel polish was chipping and my nail overlay had began cracking as well. I returned for the salon to fix the problem. I left out with bumpy gel polish that looked as if I had 10 coats on. I will never go here again. For this salon to charge more than others you definitely don't get what you pay for here. Read Less

We come here for the pedicures. Pricing seems to be average, 40 bucks for a spa pedicure and they do a good job. My fiance will get a color, i stick to just clean nails. Never have to wait long if at all. In reality this is one of 2 places to ever touch my feet so i dont really have a basis for my opinion, but my fiance says its good so we will go with that. Maybe I just had a bad nail technician, but she could NOT paint my nails properly. I mean, it was splotchy and she either didn't notice or she didn't care. My guess is that she didn't care. I ended up asking them to just erase the polish off. I had a regular manic ($17), which isn't expensive, but I clearly didn't get my moneys worth. To be fair, the receptionist said he would re-paint my nails if I wished, but at that point I was just like, "nah, I wanna get outta here." DEFINITELY do not recommend. EDIT: I forgot to explain why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. The facility is large and clean and there was hardly any wait. However, if all the technicians are as bad as the one I had, of course there wouldn't be much wait because they'd have no repeat customers! Read Less

My experience was really nice for my visit. Ken gave me a mani and Kasey gave my 14 year old a mani.  We probably waited longer than our manis took, but I love the forearm and hand massage followed by hot towels.I small concern, however, is that both thumbs have already chipped off quite badly by day 6...that should not happen.
