I went and had my hair done by the beautiful owner narelle here today at serenity I walked out of there feeling awesome my hair looks and feels great thanks very friendly ladies there highly recommend

So many people recommended this place and I must say I am not impressed I will never go back here or recommend it. I wasted $85 today, I had a brow and lip wax, eye brows I'm happy with, lip I can feel some little hairs nothing I can't get rid in a couple of second... My nails on the other hand my partners 6 yrs old niece could do a better job. The girl was very sweet and lovely nothing against her but she did a shocking job of cleaning up my cuticles, some of my cuticles w...ere a half job some weren't touched, pathetic job for a file, and nail painting omg I am that upset, the way she painted was like me trying to use my left hand or an 8 yr old painting your nails. At the end she sprayed this stuff that sets them so you can finger touch them but you can't knock it, you should not leave a nail salon like this at all you should leave with your nails completely dry, cause you can't prevent knocking them. I am so furious and upset I'm shaking while writing this. The only best part I can say is the hand spa thing you use and that it. I should have just gone to one of the Asian places paid $25 for a $25 job, they atleast would have done a better job compared to this. You need to watch and train your staff better. 1 star is just for the brow and hand spa. See More

I have been going to Sereniti since the doors opened. All the services they offer are wonderful and all the staff are professional and friendly. I regularly get my hair and waxing done at Sereniti but have in previous visits used the other services, which include nails & spray tan. They also offer a great range of products to purchase. Love Sereniti :)

So many people recommended this place and I must say I am not impressed I will never go back here or recommend it. I wasted $85 today, I had a brow and lip wax, eye brows I'm happy with, lip I can feel some little hairs nothing I can't get rid in a couple of second...
