I came to Texture because of its extraordinarily high reviews. When I parked in the parking lot, I did a double-take at the building and wondered if I was at the right place. Not much to look at from the outside. I walked through the door and was floored by how nice it looks on the inside! Beautiful decor, nice music but not too loud, and SUPER friendly staff. I was comfortable from the get-go. Amanda was my hair stylist and she was incredibly friendly from the start as well. It had been about a year since my last hair cut, and I showed her a picture of what my last cut looked like and asked her to replicate it. She asked questions to make sure she understood what I wanted, then got started immediately. She not only got me the style I asked for, but she made it better! Her confidence built trust in me, her kindness made me feel welcome, and her perfection is bringing me back! And it was SO affordable! I was expecting a big bill, but it was less than half! Texture is fantastic, Shari did an amazing job on my lowlights. My hair is really fine, and ridiculously straight, so it's always a challenge to get any type of volume, which she was able to do. I wear long bangs, which tend to separate, somehow she managed to layer them, without making them look layered, just very full. Highly recommend!!! Read Less

Mary is an artist, a genius. She has given me great haircuts every time I have been in there, and I have been going to her since 2004. She is a professional who knows what she is doing, gives good guidance and direction, can be trusted to just make me look great even if I don't know exactly what I want, and when I do know, she makes it happen, and she's fun to visit with to boot-- I spend the whole time laughing and having a great time-- it's like visiting a friend and getting this bonus of having a great haircut at the end of it. She's even done color for me, and her skill with that knocked my socks off-- I'm getting so many compliments on it, and it's all down to Mary's skill and creativity! I was looking for a new place to go for hair, color and nails. My good friend recommended Texture, so I gave it a try. I LOVED IT! I was surprised they offered so many services...very cool! They were courteous, professional and very friendly. The salon was clean, organized, a bit cozy, and had a very nice feel to it. I will definitely go back and loved my stylist.
