I want to give a 1 star but the only reason why I'm not was because my pedicure came out fantastic. I went there as a first time customer for a set of acrylics. The person who did my nails was actually the manager/owner. He botched up my nails so bad and the polish was absolutely HORRIBLE. I had a waxing appointment right after, and as soon as they saw my nails when I went to sign a receipt, the first thing they said was "please dont take this the wrong way but if youre planning on doing your nails after we know a good spot". I was a little shock being that it was my first time at this waxing salon and they had thought that i was about to get my nails done next when I had just got them done BEFORE my waxing appointment. When i explained to them i was at a nail salon prior to my wax they were shocked at how disgusting my nails looked. He didnt clean my cuticles, there was polish on my skin and it was only until I went out in sunlight that I realized that my nails were LOPSIDED. On top of that, they had the nerve to charge me extra for wanting a coffin style. I didnt have the time or energy to go back and get a refund but Ive learned my lesson to NEVER go here again. I did love the pedicure though but unfortunately, I dont use my feet to interact with people. Read Less

OVERCHARGED ME; NO REFUND. My total was $67.41 my nails did not look I wanted them to at all. After my Pedi I wanted to get a full set as Cookie started doing my nails 10min in I had to get up and go to someone else because she had a scheduled appointment. Then waited for another person to finish. I decided to give a $3 tip after completion which came to $70.41, I was charged $74.14 which was prior to tip was even added. The guy told be personally he didn't add on the tip and that it must be my bank. WHICH IT WAS NOT. He did not refund me either and did ask the girl if she mad the mistake. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Every time I go, I’m almost the the only one in there and it always goes super fast. I’m never in there longer than an hour which I find extremely convenient, and Vanna always does such a great job! I’ve been going here on and off for years, they’re the only place I go for my nails because they’ve never given me any problems. Acrylics always last a super long time and they’re not expensive at all. I recommend them to anyone in the area!! And as an animal lover i love how they have the dog walking around! I have been going there for about 3 years now , and my experience gets better and better every time . The prices are fair and the quality is amazing ! I come in with designs that seem impossible but always come out the way I want them to look like . The spa pedi and acrylics are my go to ! You can see the difference between going to other nail places and Lefleurs the staff is friendly and outgoing , variety of design and color options , as well as amazing service . Read Less

This place offers mediocre manicure services. They don't have an adequate nail polish dryer, and the polish almost always gets those bubbles. They have two dogs roaming around the premises, and they charge to soak off gel, even when they performed the original service. Read Less

I have been going to La Fleur for over 3 years. The staff is friendly and each person has their own specialty. They offer great service, a nice atmosphere and a relaxing time. I have read some of the reviews and it sounds like anyone who had an issue was in a rush. The attention to detail and time they put in with each service results in a top notch salon experience.
