So I had a hair emergency today... don’t ask I won’t tell! Popped over to see the lovely people at Charmzone and they sorted me out. . Super friendly and very helpful. Ruby gave me such an awesome cut and so much advice about maintenance. Even ordered in a specific colour I was after . Also met Emmy who is simply fantastic. Emmy is an absolute star and took such good care of me! Tried out an eyelash tint for the first time and at $12 these guys are the best price I've seen downtown. Emmy was great at telling me exactly what she was about to do, which makes a difference because lying around with your eyes closed while stuff is going on is kinda a weird experience. Went here to get a shellac manicure, for $40 i was expecting a generally good service but i was sadly disappointed. The salon was empty but the lady seemed like she was in such a rush and i was left with a painful experience even bringing me to the point to say OUCH as she was ripping my skin around the nails off. As she finished the shellac she proceeded to put moisturiser on my hands and i was at least expecting some sort of hand massage for an actual "$40 manicure" but she... just rubbed on the lotion and said "done" leaving me to say... "is that it?" she ignored me and went to the back of the store to go on Facebook or text. My Friend received a pedicure at the same time as i did and is now complaining of an infection so bad she can't sleep. I got my nails done here for the first and LAST TIME on 6/4/17. I called the next day to express my pink and white full set was looking TERRIBLE on day to and expressed that my left hand looks better then the right only because he started on the left first and when it's started to get busy and one of the tech left he ( the owner) began to rush. When I spoke to the mm the next day I was VERY POLITE I was told To come in. So I did when I arrived the text expressed that they didn't see anything wrong and that's they way it was supposed to like which what they didn't understand that I am a nail tech my self and I was still being respected as I am speaking to the techs they are laughing at me while I'm really upset and remind you I am still polite this tech express to me come back for your balance in two weeks and will fix what ever is wrong and he said thank you and have a good day I just walked out in left. The most amazing service & results! This is the best spot in Auckland for beauty treatments & at a reasonable price too, I will not be going anywhere else from now onwards.
