We love Prive and have had our nails done at this location as well as Eton. The staff at the Crocker location are not as friendly and do not do as good of a job standardly. We witnessed staff blatantly move us around in our seats to try and get the biggest commission (uncomfortable for all) and always feel like we are inconveniencing them for coming in. Wanted to love it-- the whole experience was super impersonal. My nail tech hardly said 5 words to me, she was nice and all but only talked when I would make a comment or ask a question. Not even a "hi how are you?" My manicure was decent but not for $43. Couldn't even leave a tip (which I felt absolutely terrible for) because it's cash only tips. What the heck? Didn't get asked if I wanted a drink so I cant really speak to that but looked like there were a ton of options. I would probably go back for a pedicure and grab a drink during that but as far as a manicure goes...I've gotten way better for less money. I just got my nails done less than a week ago and they’re already chipping... and paying extra to shape a nail that didn’t take any longer than 3 minutes extra to do and paying more than a pink and white fill just to do a fill and color.... no thanks... As a first time customer I read the reviews posted and was a little nervous. This was the 1st time I share this experience with my BF and hoped that we could do a enjoyable relaxing afternoon TOGETHER. We arrived early, greeted promptly, had the opportunity to review the price list and different options for a manicure and pedicure. We were taken back to start and with a FULL BAR, we also enjoyed a couple mamosas and beers...As a couple it was nice to relax together. I was greeted by REBECCA, SHE ROCKS! She was very meticulously and took the time to make my nail stunning! THANK YOU! I never felt rushed! My BF on the other hand was look forward to the time together relaxing, but Liz started about 10 minutes after my start and finished not only his pedi but finished his manicure before my pedi ended. He said he felt VERY RUSHED and missed out on the TOGETHER TIME! I wish he would have had a better experience! I want to again THANK REBECCA...you ROCK and thanks for doing a spectacular job! I am very disappointed with my recent service at this salon. My mother and I have been very loyal customers to not only prive, but the technicians who do our nails, following them here from the Anthony Vince nail salon. We both had appointments for routine manicures with our typical technicians, which as of the day prior, was still as scheduled. Upon arrival were told that they were not in the salon due to a family funeral. My mother decided to not have her nails done if her usual tech could not do it. I however, needed mine done so I was placed with the next available technician. While getting my manicure done, I saw my typical technician doing a pedicure on another customer. Not only was I told he wasn’t there, my manicure was finished in under 30 minutes being much lower quality than what I paid for. Sadly, this will be my last time coming to this salon. Read Less

This salon is very nice and the owner Ryan is very friendly .. this was my first time here and I was really hoping I would love it since I have a place across the street however, I was a bit disappointed with my Gel Manicure .. its really really really thick and a few of them are bumpy. The person who did them is really nice and I could tell she was trying hard but the fact is they are so THICK it's noticeable. had I not been leaving out of town the next day I would have went back in. My pedicure wasn't high quality and the spa isn't sanitary.  I had to ask the manager to put a towel down on the dirty platform when fixing my toes after he asked me to sit back in the spa chair.  When I called to speak to corporate, Kelly was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked to speak to the owner.  Their customer service is terrible despite all the surrounding competition.  The risk of infection and bad customer service scream run! I've been getting mani/pedis with my mom, who is a serial nail spa shopper, since I was a young kid and I can honestly say this is by far the nicest, most luxurious nail spa I've ever been to. Honestly reading the reviews and seeing the pictures, I was worried it was going to be out of my budget! The best part is, it's not even at a premium upcharged price. I had Keno as my tech, couldn't have been more pleased. I take my beauty regiment people seriously, and as someone who gets nervous choosing new people for repeat, somewhat intimate type services, he was everything I look for: professional but can read a client to know he can relax and be personable and candid, mademe feel comfortable, excellent work that I was extremely happy with, and efficient and quick but without rushing through. Did I mention ya'll, fully stocked bar with a free drink if you get their top level (~$50) pedi? HELL YEAH. FYI, my top level pedi with gel mani, plus one additional drink came out to a very reasonable $106; lesser services can be had for nothing more than you'd pay at a strip mall joint, and given the wonderful atmosphere here I don't see any reason to return to those. I visited this salon for the first time a few weeks ago for a standard pedicure. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience: the technician didn't do a great job of shaping my nails, did not trim my cuticles, and did not exfoliate my feet at all. I really enjoyed the color that I chose, but all of the polish has peeled off of my nails over the past two weeks. I have never had a pedicure last such a short time! I think that the technician was newer, so it's possible that I had an uncommon experience. However, I will probably not be coming back. Read Less

The salon is so beautiful, with plenty of chairs and stations -- perfect for a group or bachelorette parties. The salon is clean, and in a great location. There is also a full bar, which is so nice! My nails turned out beautifully. Would definitely go back! Read Less

So excited to have a nail salon open near me!  Went there during the opening when they were giving away free manicures or pedicures to the first 100 guests.  My pedi was okay and so was the no-chip mani I paid extra for.  I chalked up the ok experience due to how crazy busy it was for the event.  Decided to give it another try and went back again just before Thanksgiving and had a great experience with Lea.  This time my no-chip lasted for 3 weeks...probably could've lasted longer except I couldn't stand the grow out.   I have a toddler and I'm constantly washing my hands and dishes and cleaning up messes so you better believe I was impressed with the fact that there were ZERO chips :)  Already been back for my next mani/pedi and will continue to go back for more.
