My nails did not clean or neat when she was done. They literally just do the acrylic and put nail polish on. They don't clean or cut the cuticles. They don't even offer you hand lotion. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Read Less

Read up before I went because it was a decent drive from my house got there and they said to pick out a color. As a new customer I asked where the gel polish was and the male responded "in the basket" when I walked over the the basket he said "no look where I'm pointing" in a VERY snarky way. Then when I was seated, she filled my nails and I said please make sure you fill it all the way. She looked at me as she used a dirty file and and dirty buffer to do the finishing touches before she polished (which is against state board). Then as she polished I pointed out I had a HUGE gap before my cuticles where there was no polish.... she said ya so if the gap isn't there it will be messy. So I made her do it anyway. She was mad the whole time talk to everyone in the salon in Chinese angery. She still missed parts of my nail. Will NEVER go back here again. Dont waste your money!! Read Less

I used to get my nails filled and manicures every 2 weeks here. Then one day I came in, I didn't have a scheduled appt but I called earlier and they said to come in. During my service a woman came in needing a repair and they pushed me aside, during my time mind you, to do her repair. The technician said I was a walk in and had no appt so she could do that. I was mortified! She finished me up and had a very rude attitude not caring she just took about 15 minutes out of my day. I decided right then and there that that would be my last visit and it was. This is the most filthy and disgusting place I've ever been!! There's no way it's actually up to code and standards. I came in on a whim one day to get a pedicure and left completely disappointed and disgusted. The dude who did my pedi didn't say a single word to me the whole time and kept getting up to eat his lunch during my pedicure! Then he told me my toes would be dry and I could leave... I was in the area and looked at a bunch of other shops with so so ratings..pulled up to this one saw a lot of 5 stars and I have to agree! Very fast and did a great job with my shellac manicure. Very clean polished and friendly younger girl who did mine! I'll be back! Read Less

I had a shellac manicure today and was totally satisfied with it. I didn't catch the man's name but he was very good and pleasant to talk with. He gave me a lot of good info since it was my first shellac mani. The price was $30 which I thought was decent. I'll go back for sure. Read Less

Probably would've rated 4-5 stars had the lady not lied to me. I called in advance to book 2 pedicures and asked for the price and the lady negotiated $25 or 2 for $50. I repeated both and she agreed. We then confirmed with her and drove there.The service was great and they were really nice.At the end, we were confronted with a $65 bill. We reminded them of the negotiated price she had given us on the phone and she adamantly denied it.I didn't want to make a big deal of it and of course just paid the $15 extra. I probably would've went back and taken my gf there plenty of more times, unfortunately, I won't be returning! Read Less

I am new to the area, and have been there a couple of times. Not fantastic, but good enough. Went in today as a walk in for a pedi and while the owner is sweet, the technician (which I later found out is her son) - greeted me with, I'm busy and have better things to do.
