My daughter and I went to this nail shop on Friday to get the nail dip and our toes painted. My daughter had a lady which at the time seem nice name Lee and I had a lady named Ann. They polished our toes and Lee who I believe is the owner was very nice to my daughter at the time and Ann who was a bit rude in my opinion did mine. I had 2 bottles of polish and gave her the one I decided on and she goes...”give me the other one!” Not can you please give me the other so a bit off putting A man them comes and says he’s going to do my daughter’s nails and he did an ok job and was ok with her. Ann did my nails and the shape was awful!!! I got a small tip on to make my nails even and while cutting she literally cut the pad of my finger with scissors! I said ouch and she looked at the deep dint that almost cut my skin rubs it with her hands full of nail dust and says sorry. Proceeds to finishing and the nails were the worst shape ever. They were closing and rushed us out! I paid and gave her and the man both tips because I believe in tipping for a service. I called the next day yesterday and spoke with Lee, who again I believe may be the owner and she says please come in and I’ll be happy to reshape them for you. We walk in and it’s full of people. All of the workers about 8 of them look and do not speak to me or my daughter. There were 4 people waiting to be seen. About 5 mins after we walk in a white lady comes in and they all greet her (the extreme nail workers) say please pick your color and we’ll be right with you. One of the ladies sitting looked at me and my daughter because she realized we hadn’t even been acknowledged. Then Lee comes to the front and addresses each white lady by asking what service they wanted and told them which station to go to and the 2 that they weren’t ready for gave them an eta. She never acknowledged me or my daughter. So I say excuse me she said ma’am give me 10 mins to see about these ladies. I said I’m just trying to see how long it would be because we weren’t told like everyone else. She looks and says I said give me 10 mins I already know what you need!! In the most condescending way. She spoke to me as if I were a child! One of the ladies looked mortified for me. I was soooo upset but held my composure. I said I’m going out of town which is why I asked and you told me to come at 4. Now mind you this is a huge inconvenience to me because I’m back in a shop that I’d spent hours in the night before. I shouldn’t have had to come back. You’d think she’d make sure we were ok first. So after everyone else is taken care of...oh she told me when I called to come in between 4-5pm. I said I’ll be there at 4. At this time it was 4:15ish. Finally after making sure the white ladies were ok and being taken care of, she says NOW I can see about you. She takes us to her station to whisper I’m sorry after humiliating me. She fixed the nails and said she’d be happy when the holiday weekend was over because it was busy. I said I understand and that’s why I was trying to ask when I’d be seen since you didn’t tell me like the other women. She said I recognized you and knew what you needed so I didn’t say anything. I’m like ohhhh ok. She again apologizes to me where nobody could hear her. At the end she gives me a $10 giftcard lol. So insulting and laughable. I spent $152 or $156 the night before. I will NEVER use that or NEVER go to that place again. The blatant disrespect and blatant racism that was displayed to me and my child was despicable!!! I have never in my 43 years of life been treated soooo bad by a business. If you are an African American, I would strongly reconsider going in this nail salon as they make it painfully clear that WE are NOT welcomed. @naacp @columbusurbanleague @10tvnews Read Less

First time here and they did an amazing job on my nails. I was a walk in and had no wait time. The guy who did mine did a great job. He took his time and made sure every nail was perfect! Great service. Read Less

Went in for the first time a month ago with my mom. She WAS extremely helpful when it comes to my questions . Their shop is quiet and clean. Definitely get in and get in with you and the service is GOOD! Read Less
