I got the best pedicure ever here!! I work on my feet all day and this pedicure was so relaxing. They have so many colors to chose from! This place was also very clean. Paid 48.47 for poorly done gel manicure. Disappointing all around and customer service fail. Plenty of better options elsewhere; cleaner, updated with modern decor, and more professional. I accepted my nails looked sloppy but planned to get them redone once back home. Nail tech was nice enough and I'd already been there a while. Get into car, noticed polish painted over nail and onto tip of fingers. Back inside, she uses the cuticle cutter tool for a minute and then says "This is your skin". Is this where it went all downhill? "Yeah, I don't want polish on my skin". After driving away, I called to ask how much gel manicure cost. She was very confusing saying 30 at first and then oh you were just here, 40 and 10 and 10 percent off first time. I tried to confirm cost but suddenly she stopped talking to me. She put the phone down in the middle of the conversation and ignored me. She didn't acknowledge putting me on hold or anything when she was back. I asked to speak to a manager. "They not here" I would've been simply satisfied telling the manager how customers should be made aware of additional cost. Now I'm irritated with the entire experience. Horrible phone etiquette. Have yet encountered anywhere in US that charges for more than 1 color selection. Until now but 10 is ridiculous. Nail tech2 sat next to me scrolling her phone and ate a shuck of corn. Tech3 was doing a customer's nails while on the phone with a lawyer discussing uncle's will, getting it nullified, multiple marriages,and basic family matters that should not be discussed. I'm not sure they autoclave their tools. And my nails look like a noob did them. Read Less
