I really am in LOVE with this set John did! It was my first time at this salon, and I’m more than pleased with how my nails turned out. I will be returning to John for him to do my refill & hope that I found my new nail home :) Kathy was super personable and fun to chat with- they instantly felt like friends from the second I walked in the door. I will be back and would recommend:)

I was there once before and received a very good pedicure from the owner and so returned again to be very disappointed. The only other person there was a woman who was not friendly and seemed annoyed ...
I was there once before and received a very good pedicure from the owner and so returned again to be very disappointed. The only other person there was a woman who was not friendly and seemed annoyed that she I was there. She cut my toe during trimming, and was extremely rough during the massage causing me to pull back twice from her. No apology, just "give me your foot " I should have left then. I was cut again on my heel when she used the (grate) on me. I will not be back. I called to speak with the manager the next day and was hing up on twice! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. don't waiste your money. Oh nails just down the street is much kinder and more professional I have found out. Very nice owner and wife at OH nails.

My nails looked like they were painted by a 10 year old unfortunately, so I went back to have them fixed and was given a big attitude about it. Then one chipped after a day. Also nicked my skin and it still hurts. And to top it all off, theyre very slow. But they were nice the first time I was in.

Nipped my skin and antiseptic did not help. They assured mev they DIDN'T nip my skin by my big toe but they clearly did. It was infected. Good ppl but not happy with service.

Would not recommend this place at all! My friend and I went to get a full set acrylic. Nails were placed crooked, the lady apply the polish with layers and was very streaky. She didn't even bother to fix it you can see my nail through the polish. If I could give this place zero stars I would. 😡😡😡

I have had nothing but a good experience whenever I come here. I get the gel dip and I love it! The staff is nice. And I also mentioned to them about other colors I would like them to have so they showed me the catalog to pick out some and had them in stock by my next visit! It also didn't matter how many colors I wanted at one time they did it and didn't even charge extra. I don't think I've ever had to wait except for one time. Now if I decide I want to go get my nails done I'll just call them on my lunch break and schedule a appointment for when I get off work.

I went to a different salon once on a Groupon and will never do that again the quality did not even compare to the service I get at QT!!!

Rude to not give a paying customer an accureate wait time. I will never evee go here again and neither should you. Go to LT nails in Gahanna they are AMAZING.

I USED to come here once a month for mani & pedi because it was the closest place to my house (off Cooper Rd)...I will NEVER go back!! they would continuosely painfully cut my cuticals and cause bleed...
I USED to come here once a month for mani & pedi because it was the closest place to my house (off Cooper Rd)...I will NEVER go back!! they would continuosely painfully cut my cuticals and cause bleeding from drills :( to make it worse the shellac/gel polish, which i paid additional funds for, would always chip after only a few days. I NOW go to OH Nail Spa down the street and have never had a single issue there. I dont know how this place manages to stay in business with poor service and poor customer care.

husband and wife team, never busy- now I know WHY! I go to Happy nail in Westerville, however they were swamped so I stopped by QT. I asked for a solar balance and for them to fix the white tip that broke. They attempted to fix my nail and it looked awful and the white didn't match what Happy nail uses. The husband decides to tell me that I do not have solar nails, Happy nail doesn't use Solar Powder and that the nail looks fine. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. The Wife say's, "Customer not no nothing about nails!" - really, she should have said that in her native language!

I really am in LOVE with this set John did! It was my first time at this salon, and I’m more than pleased with how my nails turned out. I have had nothing but a good experience whenever I come here. I get the gel dip and I love it! The staff is nice. And I also mentioned to them about other colors I would like them to have so they showed me the catalog to pick out some and had them in stock by my next visit! husband and wife team, never busy- now I know WHY! I go to Happy nail in Westerville, however they were swamped so I stopped by QT. I asked for a solar balance and for them to fix the white tip that broke. They attempted to fix my nail and it looked awful and the white didn't match what Happy nail uses.
