WORST MANICURE EVER - and I've had more mani's than I can count. Girl said she'd just started - she tore my nails up. Removing gel polish she just hardcore scrapped it off - along with layers of my nails...I've never seen anything like it. That was almost 2 wks ago and since then my nails have been breaking and splitting and are so weak (and my nails are normally very solid). It's ridiculous - so bad that I got on here and left a review to warn others (I've never left a review for anything, anywhere, ever). RUNNNNN AWAY!!!!! DO NOT GO NEAR THE HACK JOB YOU'LL GET AT THIS SALON.

My name is Evelyn I'm new to Columbus and this is the first nail salon I've been to here. The first time was great, a guy dd my nails and they were ok so I went to weeks later and a new lady just messed my nails up. A few of them were completely crooked, I asked her to fix them she just grabbed a nail file and so did the next guy when I camw the next day . I called saying it hurts and they had an attitude saying nothings wrong with it and if they fix it it will be the same so I'm going somewhere else VERY unprofessional and impolite.

Tommy is super nice but the other 2 very rarely speak to me (even tho I've been a regular customer here for almost 1 year). In the time I've been visiting here I've been offered something to drink twice when I see others offered as soon as they sit down. All in all. I recommend Tommy as long as you've made and confirmed an appointment. He is friendly and does his best to make my nails look great. I'll just make sure to never go in thirty.

Very disappointed. Someone gave my wife a gift voucher for a pregnancy massage here when she was pregnant with twins. She was told it was ok to use the voucher after they were born. She booked a massage but had to cancel as she came down with the flu. She thought she'd wait until the babies were a bit older, and just tried to rebook only to be told that the voucher expires after a year - despite the voucher not mentioning an expiry date, and no-one having told her the voucher would expire.

Clean, no smells, very friendly staff - totally worth the money I spent. Call ahead for an appointment just as a hint - glad I did!!! Would highly recommend!!!!

I found this salon in desperation on a Saturday needing an appointment for 7:15 p.m., most salons close at 6. They were fantastic! I have been using gel polish for quite a few years and believe I have finally found the right place. I would have to say the best gel polish I have ever had. A little more than other salons, but like the saying says "you get what you pay for". Great staff and very nice! Looking forward to a pedicure, they actually use liners in their foot baths. Highly recommend checking this salon out. They like to have appointments made, but accept walk-ins.

Great experience! Went here for the first time today and Kiet and Ade worked on my toes and hands at the same time. They were wonderful, treated me like a princess, and took special care to make me feel comfortable. My pedicure felt amazing and Kiet took his time and had great attention to detail. Ade made my gel manicure look beautiful and I can't wait to go back! They are definitely pros at Oh Nails! :)

Tommy the lead nail tech is such a sweetheart and all the staff members are very caring and will cater to your desires during your spa visit. i get regular mani's and pedi's about every 2-3 weeks! they always do a wonderful job! i will never go back my previous nail spa (QT Direct Nails) again...Looking forward to OH Nails hiring a waxing specialist too! :) keep up the marvelous work <3

WORST MANICURE EVER - and I've had more mani's than I can count. Girl said she'd just started - she tore my nails up. Removing gel polish she just hardcore scrapped it off - along with layers of my nails...I've never seen anything like it. That was almost 2 wks ago and since then my nails have been breaking and splitting and are so weak (and my nails are normally very solid). My name is Evelyn I'm new to Columbus and this is the first nail salon I've been to here. The first time was great, a guy dd my nails and they were ok so I went to weeks later and a new lady just messed my nails up. A few of them were completely crooked, I asked her to fix them she just grabbed a nail file and so did the next guy when I camw the next day . I called saying it hurts and they had an attitude saying nothings wrong with it and if they fix it it will be the same so I'm going somewhere else VERY unprofessional and impolite.

Very disappointed. Someone gave my wife a gift voucher for a pregnancy massage here when she was pregnant with twins. She was told it was ok to use the voucher after they were born. I found this salon in desperation on a Saturday needing an appointment for 7:15 p.m., most salons close at 6. They were fantastic! I have been using gel polish for quite a few years and believe I have finally found the right place. I would have to say the best gel polish I have ever had. A little more than other salons, but like the saying says "you get what you pay for". Great staff and very nice! Looking forward to a pedicure, they actually use liners in their foot baths.
