There were several things I didn't like about this place. First and foremost I felt punished when I left, not pampered. The employees obviously wear gloves to protect themselves not the customer because they wear them all over the salon without changing them. The utensil the guy used to get the dead skin off my feet looked like something I would use to shred potatoes for hashbrowns. I had a pedicure about 3 months earlier and I have a tool at home that I use at least weekly to get the dead skin off (from the last salon that offered it to me after my last pedi, like an emory board for my feet, ya'll now). Also he cut my cuticles, which should never be done.
Then, some random female employee came over to the guy doing my toes and made a big deal about you're mine honey, right? Right? Or some such nonsense, I started wondering if I was safe around her because she was obviously unstable; I'm 50 years old! It was truly bizarre!
Never ever will I go back. Unsafe hygienic practices, barbaric tools, and crazy pants staff. No thanks!!!

I love this nail salon. I go every 2 weeks and the owners and the staff are great. If you live in Westerville this is the place to go. You can also earn reward points. Lynn did my nails and pedicure today and both look awesome.

I had the best massage today with kellie. It was so relaxing and felt amazing. Great salon environment i felt so relaxed the minute i walked in the door. Highly recommended kellie!

I walked in without an appointment. I wanted a fill and a pedicure. My nails looked bad because the place I went to previously said I needed tips and they made my nails really thick. Tracy and Frank not only did what I asked but also thinned my nails so they look real and are usable. They suggested a gel finish. I was not really into that because my previous gel finishes began to lift and the whole thing would come off. Well it has been 3 weeks and this gel finish has stayed. My nails still look great and I just made another appointment.

I went to nail studio for the first time and had a great experience the place was very clean and the staff was very nice. When I asked for a certain shape and length he did it with no hesitation. I got a gel full set and Frank did it he's awesome and funny! The only reason why I'm giving them 4 stars is because my nail broke after about 5 days other than that I recommend nail studio :)

I love coming here because it's like being with friends. You call me by name and are there to offer color suggestions when I'm not sure what I want. A leave there with gorgeous nails every time. I've come to their door close to closing time and they've never turned me away they know the value of good customer service and a friendly smile. I would highly recommend the salon to anyone looking for better choice.

I went here for a full pink and white set, not even 2 weeks ago. I usually go 3 weeks in between balances when I am getting nails done. A week in, they starting lifting from the back, giving a HUGE POTENTIAL for fungus. I told them I wanted them to take them off no charge, as I don't want a fungus to grow. She said 20.00 to remove them and offered to balance them. Not on your life would I let these people touch my nails ever again. She claimed they needed balanced, but a balance is when they grow out, not lift from the back. I haven't ever had this happen. Go to La Vie nails by Jommy Johns. It's just as close and their quality is much better. SAVE YOUR MONEY FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE.

I highly recommend Riverside Beauty (especially Daphne and Kellie) If you are after relaxation and or beauty treatments this is the place to go.

There were several things I didn't like about this place. First and foremost I felt punished when I left, not pampered. The employees obviously wear gloves to protect themselves not the customer because they wear them all over the salon without changing them. The utensil the guy used to get the dead skin off my feet looked like something I would use to shred potatoes for hashbrowns. I had a pedicure about 3 months earlier and I have a tool at home that I use at least weekly to get the dead skin off (from the last salon that offered it to me after my last pedi, like an emory board for my feet, ya'll now). I walked in without an appointment. I wanted a fill and a pedicure. My nails looked bad because the place I went to previously said I needed tips and they made my nails really thick. I went to nail studio for the first time and had a great experience the place was very clean and the staff was very nice. When I asked for a certain shape and length he did it with no hesitation. I got a gel full set and Frank did it he's awesome and funny! The only reason why I'm giving them 4 stars is because my nail broke after about 5 days other than that I recommend nail studio :)
