Got our nails done on Saturday and by Monday evening my powder dipped nails were lifting off and breaking. Messaged the business and got no response. Paid 90 for 2 sets of nails to be done. Nail technician told me that they are working to remove all negative reviews from Google. That should have warned me. Read Less

I came to Paradis for the first time in January for eye lash extensions. This is my fourth salon for extensions. The first salon did good work but unfortunately she has retired due to four children under five, the second did good work but their time keeping, reliability were not good enough for this anal Virgo, my third was excellent, I cannot fault her for anything but I personally couldn't afford her prices, so while on holiday and walking to a medical appointment I wande...red into Paradis to enquire about extensions. They fit me in and I am very very happy. Beautiful lashes, gentle technicians, no weeping with eye lash glue....I am very happy. Had my third appointment with on Saturday. I bought a gel manicure Groupon. Appointment was very easy all online, no phone call or texting back and forth. The salon upon entrance appears clean, but as I was seated I noticed my manicurists tools seemed to be unsanitary. I hadn't had a manicure in a few months so my nails and cuticles were rough. When the manicurist started trimming my cuticles, I started bleeding and actually got a relatively deep cut from how quickly she was attempting to trim my cuticles. I wasn't upset by that at all, it is what it is (I suppose and though I should have been because if I had a weakened immune system that could've caused an infection especially considering her tools were dirty). However, what I am upset by is the fact that my nails were clearly uneven when she finished filing them. My nails were not rounded at all and quite uneven; one nail is legit slanted. Then comes the polish, it looks as if I painted the nails myself. I pointed out that my nails were not painted well, she kept telling me it was just the clear coat, which it obviously was not. Anyway, I didn't feel like arguing over a manicure but fast forward to today, only 4 days later and my gel manicure has come off on one nail in a big chunk with little chips on my other nails. My cuticles look like pure crap. All in all with Groupon and tip, it would've been nearly the same cost to go to a reputable place and have my nails look good. Never trust a Groupon. Gel nails looks like a small child poured paint onto my wife's nails. Would not recommend this place to anyone other than the blind. Nails were filed into jagged edges which is of course a plus. Love coming here for manis and pedis. I always ask for Lee; he does a wonderful job. Pedi spa chairs are comfortable with massage/heat. They also use disposable tub liners for each service, so you can be sure your water is hygienic. Read Less

BEST salon! I live about 30 mins away and my mom and I have been seeing Nina for over 10 years. We always go to her and get our nails done! They last long, never peel. Shes very good, good work. Professional. Amazing talent and gets me in and out if I'm pressed for time. My mom and I have been getting their new NexGen and i LOVE IT! Best thing, last me 2-3 weeks!
