I would not even give this place 1 star. I have been to a few nail salons and I get that some people don’t speak good English and that’s ok with me, as long as you treat people with kindness and with respect. Fair enough I only had my nails painted today as I was filling in time waiting for my daughter who was getting a french polish but my experience was brutal. I was sat down, gestured at to hand my hands over, no expression let alone a smile. ... The polish was put on too quick between the coats, the polish bubbled and came straight off as the drying apparatus was hopeless, my hands looked terrible, as the old polish was not removed properly and the buffing was not even washed off my hands before painting. Do not go here. I got toe fungus from this place. I will start by saying customer service wise, the people here are very nice. Now I will get to the facts. They do not use top coats of polish on the pedicures. I didn't realize that his until I got home and my dried nails looked dull.  That is not all. My polish lasted on my toe nails. But when I took off my polish I had what looked like chipped up toe nails. And white spots underneath. I thought maybe she filed my nails down too far. After a few months of no change I went to my podiatrist and he informed me that it was in fact TOE FUNGUS! This place moves around and calls itself having new re-openings and tries to rebrand itself. I will not be returning. I came in for a balance with gel polish on Friday. I  am now back on Tuesday because one of my nails broke which is fine it's a common occurrence with acrylics. So as I'm sitting waiting they take another lady before me even though I signed in before her I know different nail techs do different services but the same tech working on her, fixed my nail afterwards. That Was my first frustration, the second was when I kept telling the nail tech he was hurting me and he just looked at me kept  going all while grabbing my hand tighter so I would stop flinching. Finally I said please stop I'll just take it off myself, I looked and my fingernail is now split and bleeding  from where he was shoving the plastic in between the acrylic and my nail. I said look I'm bleeding now he says oh no that's from your nail cracking... first of all I didn't even realize my nail has broken until I looked at my hand, I didn't feel it, it didn't hurt. Had my acrylics refilled yesterday, I don't usually go here but my normal place was busy. I have never had such a painful manicure. The girl was brutal, my nailbeds stung, she filed them so roughly that my finger started to bleed. This morning my nail beds are bright red, and some even have dry blood in my cuticles. I really wanted to love my experience. I really did. The salon was clean and inviting, and they were nice when I walked in and asked if I could come back in 30 minutes which I appreciated. They treated that like an appointment so when I returned I was taken right away. I was visiting for a pedi and a mani. They have several options for each and the prices were fair. They use a liner for the tub which is a must. I asked that my big toenails be left a little long because they are starting to get ingrown. I also asked that they would be cut straight across. He cut them shorter than I wanted and they are rounded. I pray I don't have any problems when they grow. Otherwise it was a nice pedi, but I'm not happy with my big toenails.I just wanted a simple mani with no color. I have short nails and they break and peel so I just like them shapes and cuticles trimmed. I'm always treated oddly when I get a mani with no polish.  I don't think my guy does a lot of manicures because he cut me several times and my nails are filed all ragged. Maybe it's my nails because they are thin but they are ragged. And my one cuticle is bleeding pretty bad and it's been an hour since I was there.I don't get my nails done often and I'm not sure I'd be back. Like I said initially, I really wanted to like this nail salon. Because they were so nice and the place was clean and used tub liners I might give another chance. I started going to this nail salon before they moved and always enjoyed my nails there. Only complaint is they didn't have a lot of gel colors to choose from and always trying to upsell you. Well yesterday I went to the new location called Crystal nails now, and was treated horrible. I walked in and the girl says we can't take you. I go I don't mind waiting, she says no we're booked can't take you. So the lady I had been going to for a few months name Trish comes out didn't speak never even looks at me and says I'm busy and walked away. It was extremely hot in there as well, but the way I was treated after spending my hard earned money in this business for months was completely unexceptionable!!! I will never go back there and will never refer any of my friends here again. The salon was full of people who didn't look like me so I wonder if this was the reason I was treated so badly?! Totally disgusted in the 'service' that we received today. Appointments were made in advance for four pedicures & two simple nail polish applications for our young daughters before a family wedding this afternoon. After 45 minutes of waiting & despite being reminded by the Manager, neither of our young daughters had been acknowledged by staff, let alone received their much anticipated treatments. Meanwhile, multiple 'walk-ins' were attended to - one can only assume it was b...ecause these 'walk-ins' generated more income. I understand business, but it's very, very poor customer service. In the end, we took our disappointed daughters elsewhere and received absolutely no apology from Management.
